This always felt off to me. Luke’s fanily were odd, her family was too, sexual abuse on all sides. I don’t think he killed her but there’s something a bit off that I can’t quite understand

Locally it is known what happened and it wasn't Luke Mitchell

oh that was known right from the get go

So who is responsible for framing Luke?

I don’t think it was framing, he was an obvious potential suspect. In Scotland jury service is pretty much mandatory so you have a group of people that don’t want to be there, are not being paid while they are there, and in my experience some tend to judge on appearances. It’s easier to agree with those with strong opinions so you can get back to work. And I don’t imagine Luke came across well in court

verious people did various things not to frame luke just to cover up there own involvement

no he dident hes dog did dogs smell blood

Luke led the police to Jody, through a route that only local people knew. It was a secluded area and you would really only know it if you lived locally.
Luke was also seeing someone else at the time and his behaviour was strange all round. He had arranged to meet Jody, she never turned up and he never questioned why, never tried to discover why she did not turn up. the police got the right person, Luke and his family are all very strange. Luke wasn't framed.

no hes dog led all the witness statements confirm that yes it was only known to local people was a local person its not supprising and he wasnt on his own Judis' family were searching with him

your cliam that his were strange isnt backed up by any aviable evvdence and being starnge is as far as i know not a crime anyway

If Jodi's family were searching with Luke, it's strange that they have absolutely nothing to do with him.
The police are not looking for anyone else.
Yes, you are correct I have no evidence the family were strange but I knew someone who lived in the vicinity of the crime and they said the family were definitely strange. They lived in the area.
Why was Luke's mother's business targeted if the family are popular?
I'm going to have to disagree with you, Luke is guilty. It's also very telling that some members of his own family have no contact with him.
You also never replied about Luke seeing someone else while seeing Jodi, which he was.
When Jodi did not turn up to their arranged meeting, why was Luke not asking where she was?
He didn't ask because he knew.

he was a 1 year him and jodi man and wife he may of been seeing someone else but its completly irlvant its not a motive murder or evdence of murder

maybe you read something about the case jodis family searching with him that was established in court it was in all the papers

ust read any mainstream media coverage of the case jodisgranmother sister and sisters were all searching with luke

Luke seeing someone else is not irrelevant. It certainly could be a motive, if Jodi knew (and I do not know if she did), it may have led to an argument. Sadly, we will never know. You certainly seem to chose not to answer questions that I have asked.
Luke is guilty. Feel free to chose the ignore button because I believe they have the right person in prison for Jodi's murder and you will not change my opinion on this.

they were 2 14 year olds who had only just started dating they werent a married couple if he wanted to go off with another girl he could easily do soand face absolutely no consequences the idea that its motie for murder is crous

The evidence against Luke is that he found her body (with a dog and another main suspect), he looked a bit dodgy, his family were “well known bad apples” and he had books on serial killers esp the Black Dahlia. Serial Killer movies were a huge thing at the time, the Black Dahlia was the main story in one, it wasn’t a niche thing by any means. Ed Gein Fan Club T-shirts were mega popular. In the late 90s many teenagers were “ironically” into satanism and serial murder and went on to be teachers and accountants.
Jodis adult brother was sectioned numerous times and there was a lot of talk locally about him potentially abusing Jodi.
Her sisters adult boyfriends semen was found on her bra and underwear, he was second to find her body.
Then there is another random man that has not been named (suspect this is her brother) that admitted to wanking off into a condom during his evening walk, which he then threw over the wall onto her body which he was unaware was there 😬
Luke was 14. How many sadistic killers start to
Murder at 14? And are somehow smart enough not to leave DNA traces?
i’m sure luke was well known to the police locally but I don’t believe he did this.

i’m sure luke was well known to the police locally but I don’t believe he did this - there are at least two much more likely suspects.
