Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Kathleen Burkart, 73, who has been reported missing from the Mawnan Smith area.

Kathleen was last seen in the Mawnan Smith area at around lunch time on Saturday 26 November.

She is described as having grey hair, being of a slim build and is 5ft 7in tall.

She may be wearing wet weather gear and wellies.

She is believed to be in the Constantine area.

Searches are continuing for a woman missing from near Falmouth, who's not been seen since the weekend.

73 year old Kathleen Burkart was last seen in the Mawnan Smith area at around lunchtime on Saturday 26 November.

The West and East Cornwall Search and Rescue Teams have been joining in the search.

A body has been found in the search for missing Mawnan Smith woman Kathleen Burkart.

The body of a woman has been located near Constantine, Falmouth, on Tuesday, November 29.

Her death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.

Formal identification is due to take place.
