There was a bit of promotion recently when an ITV drama on the Moors Murders suddenly was top of the Netflix charts about 20 years after it aired . I saw it originally years ago

Netflix viewers rush to watch ITV's Manchester-set true crime drama as it jumps to number 2 in streamer's chart

Great actors involved but it did show Myra's sister in a good light compared to a real life programme from the 1970s where she seems to defend Myra and put Ann West in a bad light.

They have her in a wig and dark lighting to conceal her here on live TV sort of defending Myra which a bit different to the drama version

RIP Ann West. She fought hard as well as dealing with that Lord Longford, who is also on that link.

I remember she did interviews and she said Lord Longford asked if she was a Catholic. She said yes. He said "if you do not forgive Myra Hindley, you will never see your daughter in heaven". Paraphrasing, she said "That's fine Lord Longford, I will never forgive her but thats fine, I will go to hell and I'll see you down there too because of hell you have put me though, and I know God will forgive me".

She says it on that show from the 1970s above but I remember Ann West always said down the years if Myra Hindley ever got out, she would kill her herself and do the time and she meant it. Such a shame for Winnie, Keith's mum, that she never got a funeral for him before she died.
