This is my first post on here, so feel free to press me for any clarification/correct me if needed.
I've been scratching my head over this particular case of an unidentified body, posted to the UK Missing Persons Unit in an appeal for public help. I've attached the link and an identifying picture from it below, to help get some thoughts on this.
UK Missing Persons Unit
I'm very much unsure as to a name at the moment, but I have some pointers on who to possibly contact (Needing to be careful, of course; the last thing I want to do is cause his employers distress/harass them).
He was found in a jacket from Northern Profile Security. It's now dissolved, and I can only assume he worked there at some point in the past; it was based in Didsbury, which is within commutable distance. I've found the former company secretaries, one of whom is now running Didsbury Counselling Services.
I was certain this company was dissolved; then I came across a company by the same name still in operation in Eccles. That seems a little far for a man presumably from Glasson Dock (near where he was found), however. It may have been, of course, that he used to live closer to that area.
It comes down to two crucial things at the moment: finding the origins of this particular Northern Profile logo, to ascertain where the company is, and also making sure I don't cross any lines in terms of legality if I contact anyone!
