Lauren Philips is from Bristol but is believed to be in Devon and has not been seen for a week when she failed to turn up to work in Bristol.

Her car was then located in Woolacombe, Devon, on Tuesday

One of her former colleagues, who wanted to remain anonymous, described her as "a very sweet doctor".
He said: "She makes sure everything is OK and stays three hours late to get everything done.
"She works crazily hard. On Facebook she was getting increasingly depressed with the state of the NHS."

Anna Lewis, 27, disappeared seven weeks after junior doctor Lauren Phillips failed to turn up to a shift at the same hospital and was reported missing. Her car was found 100 miles away on a north Devon beach at Woolacombe two days later.

Avon and Somerset Constabulary confirmed on March 9 it had "exhausted all lines of inquiry" in the search for the 26-year-old.
