Can anyone supply a Streetview link for the barn? I thought I was looking at the right one but it doesn't match the photos in MSM.
Try this and zoom in over the gate.

As for the person in the car, I'm afraid I think this is getting ridiculous now. It's a random person who happened to be driving along that road at the same time as the Google car.

I can't even see a black car on the road anywhere near the place of interest.

Well, okay, now this gets interesting to me. Does anyone else think the driver of the car looks pregnant?

Here's the link btw, for anyone (else) who would rather not trawl through google streetview for miles if it can be avoided: Google Maps

Did Leah drive? I'm sure someone here will know.

Hi Lucy

Far as I remember, Leah could not drive

Funny as I thought the same about the car driver being pregnant but thought it was just me thinking that. Also I didn't want things to get too far fetched more than they are already. I was thinking the girl in the barn and the person in the car are one of the same in a red puffer jacket!

I don't think the picture is anything. It's is probably just pareidolia. Can someone sit like that ? If it is a person are they sitting up? Could it be someone homeless? Could it be the legs in front of the person in a sleeping bag or something? Look at this pic it don't even look like her . I'm keeping an open mind again of course .

lol, yes, probably. :p Especially if Leah couldn't drive.

Thanks for the link. I feel even more sure now that there's nobody there. Except maybe the creepy dwarf from that film Don't Look Now.

Hang on a minute, the Eaton Bray place had been empty since February 2019 and google maps is March 2019
Why are there fresh tyre tracks. The ground is wet and it looks like someone has been there.
Wasn't there an exceptional dry period of weather before this or was it raining throughout Feb/March in 2019.
  • Warmest winter day on record: 21.2 °C recorded at Kew Garden on 26 February
  • March 2019 provisionally came in as the 10th warmest March on record.

People looking for the owner, perhaps.

"She claims she had to leave her farmhouse suddenly in February because she feared for her life after being attacked by people with a vendetta against her."
Milton Keynes woman denies leaving her three dogs to starve to death in her seven-bedroom house

Whatever's gone on there, it could be the reason the police searched the place. They probably had good reason to keep it under wraps, and it may have suited them to let people think it was connected with the Leah case.

If this is the same address that the women with the dead dogs lived at, I think it probably explains everything tbh.

I would guess the "web sleuther" on the fb group is either on this thread or reading it, and has seen @SaintGertrude's posts last week drawing attention to that story. Knowing that it's an address with a bit of a past, they have then searched for that farmhouse on google streetview, settled for the barn which is the only bit you can see from the road, and engaged in a little self-indulgent "pareidolia" (thank you for that addition to our vocabulary ;) @Onetruesaxon) and possibly a bit of photo manipulation, and then tied it all up with a bow for the Sun.

That's £500, thank you very much. We should probably all be doing it. I bet we've found better material tbh.

The person went to their local paper MK Citizen in Milton Keynes by the looks of things. Tabloids picked up on the story and wrote their own features almost word for word.

Wouldn’t even put that beyond the realms of an irresponsible journalist-Not sure why MSM gets so much qudos

I get why u discredit her(house owner)and given, I won’t pretend I have read from start to finish but I have not visited since Sarah wellgreen and this made me want to see what people were saying considering it’s been years! I saw the pic and instantly thought naaaa don’t be silly (but even I see the hair line and flowing hair, chubby cheeks etc) , I can also agree the pic can be a trick of the mind but then I just go bk to this woman , who I agree is a piece of work but maybe she is honest to a degree when she says she was scared , sex trafficking blah blah blah , nice single woman , big house with grounds to keep people behind gates etc ?!
I don’t understand why her story has not been explored more in conjunction with this IMO how do we know she isn’t being honest and was run out of her home by the same men / group

edit* I have not read the thread from start to finish but followed the family from the Start

Note: This is my first post, I signed up solely to participate (sometimes) in the Leah Croucher thread(s) as it caught my attention due to it being so close to home. It's a very interesting and perplexing case to say the least. Anyway...

Do we actually know whether or not the property in Eaton Bray (or if the area at all) was searched specifically because of the Leah Croucher case back in Feb 2019 or was the property just involved with the police for unrelated reasons and the time frames just happened to match up?

I was only saying last week that the dog person leaving her dogs and Leah disappearing were perfect timing and needed to be explored more. The empty house I found on YT has been confirmed as the same one she lived at by coincidence. Now a face in the adjoining barn spotted by an 'eager eyed' sleuth who was also looking into all of this. I guess only time will tell if there is any significance.

Has it been established that Leah had not passed her driving test? If she used a taxi service It would be interesting to look at her movements but guessing the police have already looked at call logs and any journeys booked. I would also think buses and trains have been looked at. Not being local I am not sure about taxis but keep coming back to Speedline which had office in Old Wolverton Road in 2019. How far was Old Wolverton area from where Leah lived just to give an idea of which firm she used.

I believe the reason Leah walked 2 miles to work every day was because she could not yet drive. Her family have mentioned that in order to disappear off her own accord she would had to use public transport yet there is no sightings of her on any buses or trains and more recently police appealed for taxis to come forward with information.

"Fresh-faced Leah was 19 years old when she set out from her family home at Quantock Crescent at about 8am that day. She was taking her usual two mile walk to work and nothing seemingly was amiss."

"If you are a taxi driver or delivery worker, please check your schedule for that day. Were you in the area? Did you see anyone resembling Leah or anything unusual happening? A scuffle or skirmish? A girl with long brown hair getting into a car? A girl looking upset?"

Fourteen minutes and a single square mile of Milton Keynes - that's the crux of the baffling Leah Croucher case

Amen to that.
I'd be inclined to charge the person responsible with wasting police time.
Not that I think the police would have wasted much time over it! :D
Why on earth would they charge someone for wasting police time when the person that found the image on google earth had said that it could be nothing but might be something! It is up to the police to decide whether they feel the image is worth investigating or not. The public are only trying to help and that’s all!
