Might it contain something relevant to his death (ie a suicide note) or other people's possessions? Something like that?
What's your source? It would be nice to know when it left because Neil Maxwells suicide was the only event I couldn't link to a fair being nearby, only that it occured where a fair is held at a different time of year although I did suspect a fair was nearby at the same time. I visited this in a previous post and it also strengthens my assertion that there could have been other parties involved one way or another.

Sorry, come again? Maxwell had no link to the fair and nor did Leah.
I believe the fair was open at Northampton until 22nd April, Maxwell was found dead 20th April.

I found this interesting from the above item:
Convicted sex offender Maxwell was the only person believed to have keys to the Furzton house where Leah’s body was found, number 2 Loxbeare Drive.
A property maintenance worker, he was employed by the overseas owner and it was one of a string of houses he looked after all over MK. Friends have claimed he used sub contractors when he could not carry out all the work himself.
So he looked after a string of houses all over MK, and apparently he used sub-contractors as well, does this indicate that he had his own property maintenance business? Was it legit? What address did he use if it was?
Also, does the TVP's line of questioning about Maxwell possibly indicate that, apart from him having the keys to the property in February 2019, there is no other evidence they have found at 2 Loxbeare Drive that can link him to Leah?
