I think being investigated is fine, being under suspicion of a crime is too far a step.Yes they should. They’re visitors to a very particular, and private, possible murder scene.
In my experience it just doesn't cause that much concern, they probably tried to get hold of her a couple of times then left it for when she's back.Going way back to 15th february 2009 why on earth did Leah’s work not alert her folks to the fact she didn’t turn up for work until 6pm? I know for a fact if I didn’t turn up at 9am my bosses would show immediate concern. By 6pm so much could take place, in this case a sinister turn of events

Yes the insurance co specified, I have only used the one company.Did you have to negotiate or specify what constituted periodically?
Also the house seems to have been under the care of a management agent so it may have been part of their contract to do the check ins.
Yeh I didn't think there was much auto pinging occuring on a network as this would be network intensive so wondered how they got the information or even if they had it in the first place. Some phones including my one will report their location as they are turned off by long pressing the power button, or even if the battery is low, I think this is even if location services is turned off, in her case it would go to samsung. I heard they did help in this investigation so maybe it came from them. I'll have to look for a source.

Missing Leah Croucher 'may have been abducted' as woman shares worrying sighting
A woman has come forward to tell of the worrying encounter she spotted while driving near the area of Milton Keynes - where the teen vanished without a trace on her way to work two years agowww.mirror.co.uk
Also from reading this and it may be another red herring, someone mentioned her being tossed in a front seat, wasn't it a front seat and bedding tossed out along Loxbeare Drive a few months after NM's suicide.
Hopefully now that people are coming forward mentioning phone calls with him, they can now learn what his phone numbers/ call history were.
Please report this into Police. Because they may not, in all the chaos, have noticed this! Well spotted! One thing I had noticed in old photos (not so much satellite images but the neighbours property listing garden view) is that the house in late 2018-mid 2019 only had one satellite dish up, not two as is the case now. So someone, maybe NM installed the second dish. (I would have thought you would need keys for the wiring part of installation but I'm blissfully ignorant of how satellite dishes are installed these days!)
I think additional burial is unlikely. He may not have been the one to remove them. Digging a grave, inconspicuously in such an overlooked area is incredibly difficult thing to achieve.
I was also under the impression the last confirmed sighting of LC was by Tellytubby Hill, was it ever confirmed exactly where by TH Leah was seen? as at least it would give an indication of which way she was walking ie: If it was on the left of there then she would of walked down Loxbeare drive but if on the right hand side it would of been to the top end of the lake?Do you have a source, because AFAIK that has never been confirmed?
The last physical sighting was allegedly near Tellytubby Hill.
You're suggesting everyone who has been in the property between Feb 2019 and Monday just gone should be under suspicion?
The police have named NM as their prime and sole suspect. In police speak this means all other possibilities have been ruled out.
I also respectfully agree. JMO Edited to say that doesn't make sense. I meant I respectually disagree and that I agree with what LammyTheRobot is saying. Sorry for confusion.I respectfully disagree; it’s well worth pondering what accesses and works were done on 2 Loxbeare Drive since NM’s death. Very well worth it.
Totally get what you’re saying I’ve just worked in places where they’d send out a search party if you don’t show up within half hour of start time. We have a WhatsApp to let the team know even if we will be 5 minutes late due to trains etc so hence I found this scenario unusualDid it actually happen that way?
AFAIK Her parents reported her missing after she failed to return home from work, I'd imagine they contacted her place of work?
LC was an adult, I wouldn't get calls if my adult children fail to turn up for work. They'd call if there was an accident at work as I'm listed as next of kin.
I think being investigated is fine, being under suspicion of a crime is too far a step.
No issue at all with people being looked into if they have had access, but not under suspicion of a crime.
I am interested in all angles but not interested in throwing suspicion at people without any firm grounding. Looking at what happened with Mr. X this is not a good road to go down until there is some statement or evidence from a legitimate source to suggest there is something to see. Here at Websleuths we like to discuss things from all possible angles and I agree with Jackal67 for the record. I respectfully disagree with this, it's just too much of a stretch for me. JMOWell keeping open minded, just suppose someone else had murdered LC or put her body and belongings there. Their DNA/fingerprints would be on the evidence. So hypothetically thinking if I was the murderer heard the family would be coming back soon, I'd need to have an excuse to put my DNA or fingerprints there - and how would I do that? I would suddenly have an excuse to find the body and have a fantastic scapegoat (or helper) in NM. Just my opinion. My own opinion. I like to have an open mind to all angles. ANPR footage is usually stored for a maximum of 2 years. (Usually less)Does anybody know how long npr camera footage is stored? If they could trace a vehicle belonging to NB, it would be insightful to see his coming and goings during the period before and after Leahs disappearance.
For all we know the police could have cctv footage of him buying something found at the scene. Like yhe Becky Watts murder.
