What's "double yellows"?

Not sure if anyone has answered but we have areas on our roads that have Double Yellow Lines. They mean you cannot park or stop on that section of road at any time.

It is worth mentioning that the type of questioning he will have undergone here is very very different to the kind he would receive in poland.

If he has been properly advised then the police have no chance of getting anything from him.

I agree with the people who think that he is likely to be working alone.
Sex offending is rarely a team exercise , only a small amount of cases where more than one man was involved.
This of course is a function of the element of power in this type of offence.
A man who commits this kind of offence wants to feel the power of being in total control....introduce another man into that equation and some of the power seeps away.

I would not be thinking accomplice here.

I also think that the reason his wife was so little involved in the investigation is simply that due to childcare arrangements, i think that they probably worked opposing shifts to one another.
This would mean that she was probably working at the time of the incident...thus being unable to give anything useful.

Certainly more to come with this chap i reckon

The wife is currently on maternity leave

Case could be heard at any time
The district judge has briefly retired.

Before he left the courtroom, he acknowledged the media interest in the case of Mr Relowicz.

Just a wild though regarding the cctv : we don’t see all of it , I believe we were told in some of the missing bit he was smoking .... but what if he was masterbating and that’s why we don’t see the clip

Good point! It was a cold night though. So would he have been hindered in this pursuit by the cold weather? You know, in a functional way?

Are you in the Court?

I can hear the helicopter again.

Lets hope they find Libby. I wonder if the helicopter is hovering over water areas?

That's got me wondering the same. The guy on cctv might not be PR or have anything to do with Libby at all, maybe just picking his wife or gf up from the pub or work. It is possible Libby was sighted in the other car, by the cyclist maybe.
Interesting. The fact that the cctv hasn’t been shown much if at all on mainstream tv, it is possible that the couple involved are unaware that police are seeking information on it. And a lot of “young” people nowadays don’t read newspapers - so it could have escaped their notice entirely. Many times when I worked in a bar, I would have finished at midnight and texted my boyfriend when I was leaving so that he could walk around corner from where he was parked and watch for me. It was also common to have a few drinks while cashing up, so many times I would have been unsteady on my feet and he would have helped me in.

His occupation mixed with searching the drains is troublesome.

Need to go back and review the timeline, sorry I’m very behind here.

Sorry for rehash, may I please ask about this POI, were his wife and kids home that night? Do we know if he went to work the next day? Thanks in advance.

My 3rd question is more of just a rambling thought post

The cyclist ; we are mostly creatures of habit and I presume the police will look at cctv for around the same time frame for night after night to see if he goes past again , like he’s finishing work , coming home from a pub etc . It’s like we get a chinese takeaway one day each week not always on the same day but always from same place if you know what I mean, so the likelihood is the cyclist uses this route more than this one off occasion given the time of night it was.

My next point is mans glasses , do we think he’s short sighted or long sighted ? Meaning would he wear his glasses for driving ? If so in a scuffle could his glasses have got broken and he’s now wearing a different pair all of a sudden or gone back to opticians to replace / repair them .

My final rambling on this post ; I presume now his wife knows the charges any loyalty to him will have gone so if she knows anything she might shed some light on other things now to police.

Oh you are good at this!! Of course his glasses would fall off in a scuffle/fight! Did he lose them in the park and go back for them another day? Indeed they could be broken like you suggest. I like your thinking! Keep going.

Just catching up again this morning..

Regards the foxes absolutely it could be but I lean towards the person knowing it was human scream as the screams were multiple over a period of time so time to distinguish..plus its accompanied by running Male

If the screams are related I'm suprised there were multiple screams as one or two might occur before a strong Male would overcome them ..just thinking out loud

I also wonder how much he has admitted in relation to libby .. if for example he had admitted going as far as exposing himself to her (once confronted with the evidence of his past crimes) how would the police handle this . Would he have been charged in relation to libby or would they continue further investigation?

I wonder how much he admitted to because of the late interest in the bench
