I know this is not likely but possible. As we do not see the car arrive on the cobweb cctv I suppose it is possible that there were 2 occupants in it when it arrived. He could have dropped off someone at the dead end then turned and parked. Maybe the other occupant went to the takeaway and he stayed and smoked. He could have gone to see where they were and walked back to the car with them.
On another point. If it is PR in the car and he is smoking. Maybe he does this out of the car as he or his wife don’t smoke in the car because of the children.

Somebody earlier said they noticed a couple of similar cars down Beresford in one of the videos I posted last night. Can you have a look and give us your thoughts please?

In your second video, you drive up Wellesley, just before Libby's house ( on the left, No 32 with a upstairs light on and a downstairs one too in the hall way ) there's a skip on the right hand side, there's a red car in front of that, behind the skip, the next car is a Vauxhall Astra 5 door, I can't tell which model it is as the video is too fast and doesn't look directly at the car, from 54 seconds in.

Beforehand on Beresford, there is quite a few silver cars, mainly Vauxhall Corsa's, there's no Astra's on that part of the road you drove down and none even similar to PR's towed vehicle.

My money is on that he filmed it and police discovered this when searching his house.

I first thought this but wouldnt this be an additional charge?

Yeah in your second video going up and down Haworth Street I see 2 silver/light coloured cars the first of which is 100% a 2004-2009 Astra. The second one too but there is something I can't put my finger on making me wonder about that so will say 95% an Astra. I would love to hear hitthenick's opinion.

Given the time of your video (23:30) I would think those cars parked up are virtually all resident vehicles?

Here are the timestamps from your video:

1st car 2:45 & 3:44 (100% Astra)
2nd car 2:54 & 3:36 (95% Astra)

2nd car is a Renault Clio in silver on the left. Correct on the first car.

When you look at the times smoking man left at 12.09 he was there for 20 minutes. But don't know how much time he was on cctv.It only shows you him walking away from camera and coming back to open car door for LS. Going on the cctv times that was around a couple of minutes very much doubt enough time to get her to come with him. So i believe there must be cctv of him talking with her further up from he's car.Unless they know each other ?

On the left is a silver Clio 4 cars after the 1st Astra but I mean't after that on the right nearer to the bollards parked between what look like a light blue Corsa and a white Chrysler Ypsilon (very rare car)?

Surprising on a single street there could have potentially been 3 near identical cars there that night assuming the cars in Ryuk's video are residents cars!

Several folk on here have said he lived in York initially (connecting this up with the baby-faced York flasher of June 2017).

I can only find news reports saying PR moved from Warszewice, Poland to Hull in 2014, and to Raglan St in 2017. Can anyone point me to the MSM link confirming that he moved to York initially? Thanks!

I've been watching that too. It's a boarded up house, and it sounds like someone was there earlier brandishing a (samurai?) sword.

Left the scene and police statement confirms suspected sword so doesn't appear related. Think we will be on edge for a while with any reports of police activity in Hull!

I’m finding it sad that people don’t think the Police are the people best trained specifically to do this and think they are more capable of solving the crimes than the Police are.
Yes the public can help re enquiries, but without any clues trying to solve a case by pure speculation by visiting the supposed scene of the crime to spot what Police have missed, seems to me strange.
People claiming the Police can’t do their job because Libby hasn’t been found yet not knowing how hard they are working behind the scenes is saddening.

I'm wondering based on that, what you're doing on this forum then?

Ha. Quiet East Hull suburb my rear end!

It wasn't that long ago a bloke was arrested less than fifty yards from there for using a sex toy on himself whilst on the roof of his own house

OMG! Just why?! I've always loved Hull and I suppose (hope) we are no worse than any other city but am starting to wonder!

Have you never seen Hull's interpretation of "fiddler on the roof"?? :) :)

Maybe he's thinking while ever he denies it, his family will think he's innocent?

Or maybe it's just what his solicitor advised.

Or Yeh just plain arrogance.

RL has only been before magistrates so far. He is due to appear before Crown Court on March 11th I believe. He may well change his plea at this hearing after advice, or just go for 'not guilty - prove it' plea which is not uncommon. We will have to wait and see what occurs. Too soon to know anything.

Not popular or ethical ..I dont believe it personally, but possible that the charges are just 5 unsolved but linked local cases that le have cobbled together to charge him with anything to hold him in custody?Hes pled not guilty as knows not guilty!

What is the minimum needed to charge lesser (than abduction) offences? At what point in the procedure would charges be thrown out? Trial?
