It can refer to any private act/ just watching or recording someone without their consent. Eg. Sleeping

Thank you. I was totally over sexualising it.

Not a sausage yet.

I have 100% faith in detectives here in the UK. They will be keeping everything close to their chest and even possibly asking her family to also stay quiet at this crucial time while they investigate PR.

The magistrates court have referred PR's case and charges to the Crown Court due to the seriousness of them.

He will make an appearance on 11th March as we know, that normally won't be a plea hearing.

This appearance is usually a preliminary hearing.

His plea hearing will be after this appearance. The March 11th appearance is just a formal hearing where he will confirm his name, address and date of birth and they will read out the charges to him, he can't make a plea at this stage. He will be remanded again pending his plea hearing at a later date unless his lawyer makes a bail application.

At the plea hearing, if he pleads guilty, he will then be sentenced.

If he pleads not guilty, he will then get a trial date usually many months ahead where he will go to trial before a jury.

His lawyer can apply for bail on 11th March.

His current charges are a Class 3 related, robbery, burglary, kidnapping and so on are class 3 offences.
But he is only up for a few bits and bobs, if they were all separate then it would just be a madjestrates court , i presume that the cps have lumped them all together to go to court with ,

Here you go Sammie:

The manager of a Newland Avenue nightclub has issued a warning to people in the area after a car was seen prowling the streets in the early hours of the morning.

The manager at Piper nightclub, says he was forced to issue a warning on Facebook after a suspicious car was seen "trying to pick people up" on Newland Avenue in the early hours of Sunday.

Piper boss' warning as car seen prowling around Newland Avenue

It was a blue or black VW by the way
Am completely split in two as am sure a lot are.
How can someone apparently so blasé with his bodily fluids then be so careful so no clues are left enough to charge him. I can't get my head around this.

It is a tad odd
What would the charge be titled as, if you tampered with yourself and left a nobular deposit in someone’s house whilst uninvited and without spectators?
I cannot see it coming under anything PR presently charged with?
in fact I'm not sure if it anything to do with the piper but they issued a warning for their customers to inform about fake taxis.

That alone says to me there’s a problem.
Didn't he move there in 2017? Is there any information from York or Poland do you know? (I'm not sure that would be disclosed would it?)
Yes! Hallelujah! Man on bike, balaclava. Blocked off by a fake taxi. I don't remember what is said how they knew it was a fake taxi but it definitely said that.

Sounds like a bad dream that I’m going to have tonight, cheers. Did we find the Pipers

Not just the one then? Where’s the cctv. Where’s our injured cyclist when we need him! Get better quick....like NOW

I am a local citizen I am not disturbed by this and do not feel the need for an explanation if it would jeopardise the case. It's common sense to say we all walk and live nearby sexual predators but don't know it. They're everywhere.
Im disturbed by the general vagueness of the investigation, all we know for certain is a vulnerable young girl is missing

A voyeur may well record what they see (photos, videos) so they can watch it again. If they get arrested for another offence and the police find these odd things on their devices they are going to ask questions...

Well yes, that was my point (badly made). Unless apprehended in the act there has to be some physical evidence surely.

What if he was recognised by the victim after the press printed his picture? would this stand in court if this was the case?

Highly unlikely. He would not be able to predict that she would be going out, get very drunk, get turned away from the Club, get a taxi alone, not have her phone, not be able to (or want to) enter her home, then wander onto a main road. And he would also need to know what time all this was to happen.

It's a perfect storm of misfortune.

Unlikely, yes. But impossible, no. Having found myself in a similar situation; a man who came across me in a social situation through a mutual acquaintance, I say came across because I couldn't even say that we met or spoke as such. Apparently developed am infatuation with me. Found me on WhatsApp. Messaged me several times, I would reply brief and aloof because I found it odd why he would be so friendly being as he had no place in my life nor I in his. One night, following a break up with my boyfriend, drunk and run out of cigarettes, I messaged him at something around midnight to come pick me up and bring me cigarettes. Wandering around the village alone, drunk and upset it was only for the fact that my reception dropped out and he couldn't find me and I made it home and crashed out that we didn't meet that night. He left his house at stupid o' clock, bought the cigarettes and everything, he was that committed. A short time later he appeared in the local paper convicted of violent assaults

Absolutely, I am sure they are doing their best and I also believe we have only been shown the tip of the evidence iceberg for good reason.

Our police make mistakes and sometimes overlook things because like every police force they are human beings. But if you compare it to every other country on Earth then I think they do pretty damn well.

I meant the charges against him now, there is going to be evidence of blase body fluid, however the charges not brought against him as yet is obviously through lack of evidence, ie nothing concrete found to connect him possibly?

Yours occurred because you messaged each other online.

And it's really easy to find someone on WhatsApp.

LS did not even have her phone.

I was trying to pick my words sensitively as to not cause offence...did I still fail!?

I'm convinced my cat leaves nobular deposits on the sofa. Heaven knows what SOCO would make of our soft furnishings.

NB. I refer to the furniture not the cat's nocturnal achievements when i say "soft furnishings".

I wish she had taken her phone that night, maybe police would be closer to finding her. R.e. Her keys to the student accommodation, were they found in her room along with her phone? As in the theory that she was locked out hence the reason for hanging around at the bench awaiting friends returning from the club. Apologies if this has already been discussed and cleared up.

That's not a fail, it's a delight!
