GUILTY UK - Libby Squire, 21, last seen outside Welly club, found deceased, Hull, 31 Jan 2019 #26

And look at it this way. His minimum sentence mirrors his age, more or less, so he is looking at being in prison for as long as he's already been alive. That must be a gloomy outlook for him.

Isn't HMP Wakefield single cell occupancy? Struggles with the language barrier, he's going to have a hard time, and rightly so. I did mention in a post a while ago; he should never be released.

I would imagine that the reason he's been staring at Libby's parents is because he blames her and them for the position that he 'finds' himself in. He'll be furious and completely unable to accept that it's his own doing.

'If they had raised her better, if she wasn't so drunk and there on the street for him to attack' he wouldn't be in that Dock.

I would LOVE to read his psychiatric assessment!

I hope every single day of that 27 years is absolute hell for him.

Something else just crossed my mind too, but if we look back on how much technology and monitoring of citizens in general has changed in the past 27 years. I believe by the time he is eligible to be released there will be tech available to literally monitor him, his movements, his actions and reactions, every breath and step he takes. He has a life sentence now which means he is going to be watched for the rest of his natural life and i think the ability to do that will be so advanced by then. Although I actually hope he is never ever released obviously.

Just imagine all the sick urges building up in his mind during 27 years...

I do not think he will change at all. Not the type of person he is...

I don't think I would have the good grace that Lisa Squire has shown ... I think I'd have learned to say 'rot in hell you pathetic piece of 🤬🤬🤬🤬' in perfect Polish and shouted it to him as he left the Dock!

Plus the other sentence he was already serving.
How does it work with his current sentence? Will it be the full 5 years or so added to this 27 or will it be half of the 5 years? As if he was found not guilty he could have been out in half his current sentence, is that right?
I really get confused with that automatically halving a sentence, what’s the point of it in the first place?

27 years minimum in Wakefield’s monster mansion... “enjoy” the ride kid! :D

I’m sure now he’ll be integrated with the general population on the A wing that they’ll be delighted to welcome in a man who killed an innocent young girl...

How brave of them to hold his stare though, it must have been a shock to him that his intimidation tactics weren't working. JMO

His 27 years will start from today according to the judge earlier comment

so the earliest he can apply for parole is 12/02/48. But having seen he is in Wakefield, don’t worry he won’t be getting out that early!!

You say that and yet ... there's not nearly as much 'jail justice' goes on as there might be ...

He will serve the minimum of 27 years depending on parole.

The rape and his other offences he has basically been given a free pass for (flippant way of describing it sorry).

If he satisfies his parole conditions he will be out in 27 years and not serve the extra for the other offences.

I also hope he is placed on suicide watch in prison-I want him to serve every day of his sentence.

Justice Lambert has sentenced Relwoicz to life imprisonment a minimum term of 27 years before he can be considered for parole. He has also been handed 18 years for rape concurrently. He must serve a minimum term of 27 years before being eligible to go before the parole board.
As the judge left the courtroom, Relowicz stood & watched Libby’s parents, holding his stare for over a minute. He left with three dock officers, showing no emotion as he has done throughout the whole of the trial.

You say that and yet ... there's not nearly as much 'jail justice' goes on as there might be ...

Without going in to too much detail, I had family who worked in Wakefield and it’s not a “normal” prison... it’s not full of low lives and druggies like other jails, it’s A wing where PR will be is a real place full of what can only be described as monsters.

Pedos and Women murderers get their justice in there, it may not always be reported, but they do... :D

Aw yeah, I’m forgetting what concurrent means lol...
I don’t know Wakefield’s reputation but doesn’t sound like he’ll have an easy time thankfully!
