Another legal question here. I've always assumed the police gathered evidence and formulated a case that they then passed to CPS to advise on the charges. Then they would write up the charges Given time to get forensics and write things up, I struggle to believe today' charges relate to anything to do with yesterday's search. I'm hypothesising they are the result of earlier work. Am I way wide of the mark?

Secondly Chester mentioned the four potential witnesses from oak road in relation to yesterday's search. There is a cyclist mentioned by ITV on Spidercam and on the Oak Road footage. Any ideas about him or her? I do knew it's idiotic as there are hundreds of cyclists around. But it was very cold and icy. But one of interest at the very start of the incident and one of interest at the end of the police time line could be related?

Do we know what time the panty pinching pole is set to appear today? Very interested on full details of new charges.

I can’t find @Vermont24 ’s original question re no 15 to quote but we don’t know why it was investigated so closely. I can’t help but wonder if LE had recorded the report of the Wellesley wanking but only decided forensics were worth obtaining in light of Libby’s disappearance but that’s purely supposition.

Last time it was the first hearing I think.

HDM not reporting anything as yet though.

Can’t see his name on court lists but there seems to be general first hearing court management cases at 10am and one court room appears to have similar at 3pm

I'm sure Hull Daily Mail will be providing live updates like they did last time.

Confused with the wording. 2 counts of burglary, 2 of voyeurism, 2 of outraging public decency and one of receiving stolen goods relating to 7 offences over a period 2017 - 2019.

Could read that as relating to the 7 offences he's being charged with here. Or could be read as receiving stolen goods relating to 7 offences ie receiving stolen goods from 7 offences?

We'll hear soon enough I guess

The wording had changed slightly but that reads to me like receiving stolen goods from 7 alleged incidents. That sounds more than the odd purchase of a dodgy phone

Hmmm it certainly does read that way to me too... I guess we’ll find out very soon!

Court hears details of charges
Hull Magistrates Court has heard details of two of the charges.

They include a charge of outraging public decency on December 26, 2018, at Hull in a public place where he is alleged to have committed an act of outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely by having his penis out in his right hand.

The second was a further allegation from January 12, 2019, when it is alleged in Hull in a public place he committed an act of outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner by having his penis out and masturbating.

He faces a further five allegations. Two of voyeurism, two of dwelling house burglaries and allegations of receiving stolen goods.

He is at Hull Crown Court on Monday charged with similar offences.
