Won’t the solicitor present at interview have seen the evidence police presented at interview before charge?
Nope all he will know about is what the Police told PR they have or are expecting to have.

At the time of his arrest and interviews the bulk of the forensic evidence that they will have gathered will not have been processed. They will also have gathered evidence after he was charged.

His defence will have an idea of the evidence against him but not the details.

His most sensible option is to stay on remand.

On reflection, it's a wise decision to plead NG and be remanded to custody..

He's had 24yrs in Rural North-Central Poland, A Meat factory in Malton and a Year in East Hull.

Probably enjoying his bit of comfort and class in the nonces wing at HMP Hull.

( I'll get my coat)

I am on Chrome and I can see the photos Cherwell. But they are just photos we have seen before, nothing from today.
Thanks. Seems to be an issue with the ISP, I can see them if I change to a different one. Probably something to do with security certificate. Usually get this problem with imgur images.

He also lived on East Hull?

Lesser of two evils.

Don't rate his chances on the outside with no support network to keep him hidden and safe.

I know you are joking about the comfort and class thing but if he's released on bail he'd need to pay for his food, accommodation etc. I doubt there would be a long queue of employers willing to help him out in that respect.

That's an interesting point - what happens to someone's finances in this situation? You'd suspect that someone like PR would quickly go into arrears without a regular wage.

Don't worry about the coat, I'll get it for you.

Just trying to lighten your mood V.

On a serious note, the residents of the area that the charges today relate too are understandably keen to see the Perp dealt with . ( outside of the more 'serious' missing person)

Im reading between the lines and going with a theoretical question but... if the local residents and wider communities of the Uni/Newland/Bev Rd etc areas were aware of individuals carrying out such offences, as im assuming they were, and obviously reporting suspicions of the identities of said individuals, then why was nothing seemingly done about those individuals?

Hypothetically, if something was done, hypothetically, as far as I'm aware, hypothetically, it wasn't enough. Hypothetically.

Resources.

Resources.
But these are serious and deeply troubling offences. Idve thought that action would be robust , if not for the residents and community's sake, then at the very least to protect the image and reputation of the economic cashcow that is the annual University intake?

Totally agree.

Struggling to find any up to date statistics but nationally there are tens of thousands of these 'flashing' incidents every year. The Police simply don't have the resources to investigate them all.

If it hadn't been for PR crossing their path as part of a abduction/murder investigation I doubt he would have been caught.

This is going back to the 90s and not in Hull, but once when my flat was burgled a neighbour saw the burglar, recognised him and told the police. Nothing was done.

Slightly off topic but we have residents in social housing near us and they can randomly attack passers by, assaulting women and kids, fight with the Police, and yet all they do is put them back in their 'hostel' to rinse/repeat.

When I got ran off the road back on Feb 15th I dialled 999 from the scene. I have had ZERO feedback from that... nothing...

Welcome to UK Policing.
