I’m surprised nobody’s come forward to say he’s offered to take them home before..... surely he’s not got lucky the first time he’s done this .
Surely he has failed attempts at trying to lure women into his car before.....

They might have!!

We probably KNOW, like, 1% of the facts. The police will have had hundreds of callers on this case, some of whom will have reported seeing Libby or hearing screams or getting flashed at by PR or whatever. There will be hours and hours of CCTV of both of them as well the car. His phone records, his wife's statement about where the hell he was that night, what he bought, where his phone was etc etc. Then there's all the stuff taken away from his house, forensic results, cause of death, the list goes on...and on...and on.

Oh to be a fly on the wall down the cop shop!

High tide was at 02.34 in the morning of the 1st February.
That's really close to the time of the last two people in the Croda CCTV.

I can't find the car sharing quote anywhere damnit.

CAN ANYONE HELP?

I'm feeling a bit uneasy and suspicious that reference to PR's car being shared by another man seems to have been removed from the newspapers. Why would this be?

Yeah, I can clearly remember a man stating that 2 men used the Astra. It is a bit suspicious that it’s disappeared.

They may well have. He's been implicated in plenty of crimes since his arrest.

The police dont have the resource to deal with low level crime. It’s such a pity cos if they did, they’d surely have been all over the rat

So people like us don't speculate?

Nah.

More likely, if all the papers have removed the same quote, that they've been asked to by police. Given that the theory of an accomplice has been mooted, I think it's quite pertinent that the car share reference has vanished.

I'm gonna have to go back through the threads. Pray for me.

And i bet he sat there the whole time and said ‘no comment’ the little weasel.

I don't remember the car reference, but it may have been edited if it was found to be incorrect.

I can't help but feel that the reason no cadaver dog would have alerted in his car could be because no-one in his car had yet died.

I don't think we even know this, do we? Unless there's a version I've missed. I thought the sister's account was uncredited, because I thought at the time that it could have been his wife that gave the sister this story.
We know it was published in the press and we know it's an odd thing to say in the circumstances.

Even if it's via his wife she's unlikely to have come out with it unprompted off the top of her head. Neither her nor his sister is like to have fabricated something so bizarre and incriminating unless they'd heard it from him. Most of us would express shock at hearing our brother had been arrested not go on about crying girls.

Nor is it likely to be mistranslated or be prone to Chinese whispers. I've checked with Polish friends. Crying is different to drunk.

There was no mention of Libby crying in the public domain. No need to mention sat navs. No need to say she threw herself at him. No need to mention Libby at all unless as an admission of something

So in this instance I feel it originally came from PR as the basis of an excuse.

The excuse came from his realisation she may have been seen getting into his car and the potential for DNA. He’s lucky there wasn’t clearer footage seen sooner of him taking her . As far as he was concerned the CCTV could have gotten him

I remember it also.

Can’t help but feel there must be hair strands etc though in his car- she threw herself against that seat (if that was her) and she had long hair that wasn’t tied up.

See you in a few months :D

Google Maps

As I've noted on an earlier thread, here, for example, it appears one can reach the river Hull very easily and I can't see any huge amount of muddy shore.
It's at the end of Town End Road in Paull, six miles East of the Deep, which we know he's visited. His mother says he likes to fish. He may well know all sorts of little places on the shores of the river where he's fished.
He could have attacked in Oak Road park, then driven his victim to a spot like this to dispose of her. I hate typing this, but she may have been unconscious, but not dead, hence no cadaver scent for dogs to pick up on. He's already 'covered' why her dna was in his car.
If he's got mud on his shoes/boots, well, that's from all the fishing isn't it?
Do we know there was no cadaver scent in his car? I'd guess not or LE might have charged him earlier but we don't know

I'm a bit worried about this beach ball/piece of wood/other item been placed into the river with a tracker.

An object like that is not going to travel the same distance in the same time or manner as a person would.

What we need is a willing volunteer.

Fairly certain we'd have seen an "arrested on suspicion of murder" headline by now
