I'm so hoping that this is the reason it's taking a while to charge PR.This gives me confidence that enough forensic evidence will be collected to be able to charge someone for murder.

Would PRs movements and any alibi of his be more vital to establish now?The cct tv witness appeal made several times to confirm any sightings to prove otherwise possibly.?If police in this case can hopefully establish times and places as per this forensic expert witnesses findings .The police involved in this case have more chance of establishing if PR is involved or not. .Perhaps the forensic expert witness here trains others in her expertise if they dont use her.
Given that lots of people have expressed surprise that he hasn't been charged with more in the flashing stakes I'm wondering what else will be used in Libby's case.Have watched the video with great interest. What now intrigues me is what he told the police during the 96 hours window of custody questionning. As the first potential crime involved Libby the earlier questionning should have been about her movements and these experts may have a field day with what he told them. Just hoping.
I've considered this too. Very pleased I'm not the only one .How though phone call email? .Wow this lady is exactly what is needed. Great finds! Would there be any harm in contacting her and notifying her of Libby’s case (assuming she isn’t already involved) ?
Not sure what 'more' there could be? Libby was clearly drunk and vulnerable, many witnesses to that, so lift to somewhere is all he can say without admitting to a crime. It sounds like he can no longer claim she drowned stumbling into water either.I still find it very worrying regards a conviction in this case .. I hope what happened can he established and im wrong
I still at the minute feel he freely admitted picking LS up and giving her a lift toward home maybe even more
I feel they really need the PM to show what happened here
If she did happen to go in the water at ORPF the PM may be the only way of getting answers ..especially if they have him driving towards home with no suspicious trips afterwards

Yes so far he's only been questioned on her abduction and only on the early evidence they had 6 weeks ago. Even with that they got the full 96 hours and every extension they asked for which means new evidence every time. They've had a lot of time since then.Have watched the video with great interest. They've taken loads from his house and stuff from the park. CPS are clearly happy with them calling it homicide. They've also gone through hours of CCTV. I guess it's a lot of collating of evidence now. Hope for justice.
If what we've heard is correct, people are surprised he hasn't been charged with more and stuff had disappeared from MSM. So I wonder if some other alleged crimes are going to be used if he goes to trial for Libby's death? To show patterns of behavior or Intent. I did wonder if police were looking for an accomplice but I think if there was one PR would have pointed the finger at him. With him safely locked away until his trial at least I hope they're working hard.Hoping so .. my worry is the umbrella term of homicide
If CPS have allowed LE to statr homicide rather than potential homicide I'd guess they knew she was dead before she entered the water. I'd also argue it would be difficult to run into the water in that park where police searched. It's rough terrain and banked. For example. . until cause of death is identified and made public I'm still not convinced for example that taking her into a park and committing an unlawful act (eg flashing etc) which lead to her death for example by her running in fear ...would not be classed as manslaughter
