Defence submissions now finished
Mr Brook has completed his submissions. The Crown are now seeking a sexual harm prevention order ( SHPO). No details have been read out yet. There are two pages to the order.

The remaining four counts will lie on the court file.

Court addition to above:

The order would bar Relowicz from any area in the UK populated by students. But the judge has ruled that out. The application for the order bars him from ‘masturbating in public’, which the judge says is strange as that’s already a crime.

The case has been adjourned and Relowicz will be sentenced at 2.15pm today.

Judge Richardson has told him: “Your criminality taken as a whole plainly warrants a sentence of imprisonment of some substance.

“The issue for me to decide is how long that sentence should be.”

Anyone else feeling icky about the fact they are applying for this Sexual Offences Order? Are they expecting him to be bk in public soon?

Would they just go to the prison and arrest and charge him same as if he were on the outside. Its just that bit easier because they know exactly where he is.

I believe he would be further questioned, and charged in jail, just as if he were in a police station. Then would proceed with another court trial etc.
