Nope. I don't think Libby will be mentioned, she's (legally) not relevant to these proceedings. It would be nice to think something Libby related might break over this next week though.

I don’t think Libby can or will be mentioned in his trial but it will be interesting to hear about his charge of outraging public decency on Wellesley Ave (Libby’s Street) in January this year. Maybe a possibility Libby or her flat mates were his victims on this occasion? Is anyone going along to his trial? Hoping that LE can charge him with Libby’s abduction/murder soon because even if he’s found guilty of some or all of his charges, with the time served inside already he could soon be released & off home to Poland & with the uk heading for a no deal Brexit he will escape justice as we most probably wouldn’t get him back here without a European arrest warrant. Praying a breakthrough comes quickly for Justice for Libby & closure for her poor family.

Oh okay - that is Europe's way of posting dates - 12/8/19 - meaning Aug. 12th. Still getting used to writing dates that way....

Police update as 'fat naked flasher with small penis' still at large


Detectives are still searching for a suspected flasher described as a "fat naked man with a small penis".

The man, believed to be aged between 35 and 45, was described as having a "fat build" with "testicles that hang noticeably low" after performing a sex act in front of a distressed female student in Windmill Lane, York.

I see our local rag The Hull Daily Mail is doing a sterling effort to keep libby in the news (sarc). A double page spread in yesterdays saturday august 10th mail about unsolved cases in and around hull yet not one single mention of libby, i think thats disgusting and so close to Pr's trial too.

Yes me too...if it were Libby’s address & he was found guilty I presume it would help detectives investigating Libby’s death.

And who the witnesses were. If it wasn't Libby's address was it fellow students? .

In my opinion that offence might be the reason she didn't stay in Wellesley Avenue but moved to the brighter and possibly less isolated location.

*Trial set to begin – (@ UK) – UK – Liberty “Libby” Anna Squire (21) (last seen Jan. 31, 2019 outside Welly Club in Hull; found 3/20/19 in Humber estuary) - *Pawel Relowicz (24) arrested (2/6/19 on suspicion of abduction) & charged (3/18/19 & 5/10/19) with 5 counts of burglary, 4 counts of voyeurism, 3 count of outraging public decency & 1 count of receiving stolen goods (Crimes committed between Jan. 25 & Jan. 28, 2018). Plead not guilty to all charges. Held without bond.
Trial set to begin 8/12/19. Trial should last about 10 days to 2 weeks. Judge Richardson presiding. Will be heard in Sheffield. Trial is NOT regarding Libby’s murder.

Thats not really relevant as trial has nothing to do with libby. i just thought they missed an opportunity to refresh peoples minds about the case.
