July 23, 2017: Mr Relowicz has been accused of observing another person in Edgecumbe Street doing a private act knowing that person did not consent to being observed for his sexual gratification.

February 16, 2018: Watching a person performing a private act for the purpose of sexual gratification.

May 6, 2018: Watching a person performing a private act for the purpose of sexual gratification.

December 26, 2018: Watching a person performing a private act for the purpose of sexual gratification.

Burglary

July 29, 2017, to August 1, 2017: Stealing £148 from a property in Chester Avenue.

December 1, 2017, to December 4, 2017: Stealing a PS4 games console and £20 from a property in Lambton Street.

December 7, 2017, to December 20, 2017: Stealing three vibrators from a property in Raglan Street.

August 30, 2018, to September 2, 2018: Stealing Sierra Leone currency and £60 from a property in Manvers Street.

January 25, 2019, to January 28, 2019: Stealing a laptop, Kindle, portable speaker, quantity of sex toys, quantity of clothes, condoms and various photographs from a property in Ventnor Street.

Outraging Public Decency

December 26, 2018: Masturbating in Malvern Avenue.

January 12, 2019: Masturbating in Newland Avenue.

January 20, 2019: Masturbating in Wellesley Avenue.

Handling Stolen Goods

November 14, 2018: Mr Relowicz is alleged to have taken receipt of a Samsung S9 mobile phone belonging to someone else.

I still feel he is a bit of an ineffectual sort who got his kicks by these acts. I'm still undecided about whether he was capable, or of the mind, to actually go further with physical contact. It may transpire I am wrong, of course.

Pawel Relowicz admitted four counts of voyeurism, three burglaries and two charges of outraging public decency by masturbating in the street.

The prosecution have asked for the other offences to lie on file at the point of sentence, which may be this afternoon.
