I would guess that the guilty pleas were entered because the evidence must have been overwhelming. I can't think of any other reason other than they would have resulted in a clear guilty verdict. Which suggests it's strong.

In my opinion that means there was good evidence for those other charges and less evidence for the above unless charged with the others.
Or .... the other crimes really were committed by somebody else. It's possible!

Indeed. Though I'd guess the police would have had some reason for charging him.

Pawel Relowicz case back on
The case is expected to begin imminently.

After pleas of not guilty to these charges for 6 whole months then finally pleading guilty today .Its a great pity that LE can't talk to PR again re Libby if it's at all likely he would change his story.Highly improbable though

Interesting. The crimes he's admitted carry the highest sentences I'd guess under that definition. Also there has to be good evidence to let them lie on file. Sentences would run concurrently. So pleading guilty would not have altered anything for him.

Public interest is obviouslt cost for something that wouldn't increase his sentence

I'm intrigued by the receiving a stolen phone charge. Why deny that one?

Can they question him if they then charge him with her abduction or murder? Or if they bring new charges?

Imagine if he's set free...

There doesn't seem to be any live updates of this half of the court proceedings as of yet. I'll post anything that's updated when anything appears!

But PR is still technically on bail for the Libby enquiry. He hasn't been NFA'd (No Further Action), so surely they can speak to him about it again?

It's not actually restarted yet, that'll be why!

If he's still under suspicion and likely to be rearrested re Libby and would be charges are imminent would that provoke LE to charge strsight away assuming he's their man?Or would he be watched ?Can't image he's got a life in Hull anymore .

I really wish we could see an end to the LS horror.

Mainly so I can go back to not reading/seeing/ having awareness of the HDM/HL abomination.

They could of course employ a journalist or reporter instead of paying Min wage/nothing to a handful of nice , mediocre , safe middle class interns/trainees with mobiles and hairgel.

Rant over.

Let's hope for a good sentence because with time served and time off for good behavior and possible reduction for guilty plea - could get released today

@Little Nicki Ididnt realise he was in bail.I read he was under suspicion or some such wording and LE had used up their 36 hours they had for questioning on his initial arrest 're Libbys disappearance . Unless they can charge him or there is new evidence I didnt think LE could question PR again over Libby
Hopefully there is new evidence .
