Relowicz has no previous convictions
He is 25 and has no previous convictions. The judge has said Relowicz’s home in Raglan Street was near the university.

The prosecution are referring the judge to a map showing where the offences were committed.

No previous convictions. Wonder what started him off on this little jolly from 2017?

Edgecumbe Street, Hull (Image: Google Maps)
The court is now going through his offences.

His first offence of voyeurism was committed on a student in Edgecumbe Street the day she moved into the ground floor flat in student property.

The window was open as it was a warm summer night and fingerprints from the window matches the defendant.

The victim was ‘engaged in intimate activity with her boyfriend’. She said whilst that was happening became aware the room had got lighter.

She could see Relowicz had his head through the window watching.

She told her boyfriend and Relowicz ran off. His head had been ‘physically in the room’.

Relowicz left condom on victim's door
Relowicz stuck his head through the victim’s window at 1am.

At 3.45am a housemate found a used condom on the door handle and a pair of knickers on the condom.

The voyeurism victim said it caused the break-up of her relationship and said in a statement ‘I can’t get over how violated it made me feel’.

Prosecution say there ‘must have been a significant degree of planning’ to the offence, which has a maximum sentence of two years.

'Victim saw man through frosted glass in bedroom door'
Count 2 was a burglary in Chester Avenue, an address that ‘pops up later in the case’.

His victim woke to see figure of a man through frosted glass in her bedroom door.

A friend who was staying there returned in the early hours to ask where his £60 was. She also had money stolen from her purse.

I wonder if that is the girl who moved and he found her.

Relowicz was 'allowed to go on defending' as DNA not put on police systems
Count four is a burglary at another ground floor student flat, this time in Raglan Street.

Three vibrators were stolen from a box in a wardrobe, but the victim’s laptop on her desk was not taken. A fingerprint inside the window matched Relowicz.

She identified one of her vibrators after it was recovered from the boot of Relowicz’s car.

Relowicz was ‘allowed to go on offending’ as his fingerprints and DNA were not on police systems, the court heard.

Thus far, everything has matched what was being said locally and on SM.

Don't understand this:

Relowicz was ‘allowed to go on offending’ as his fingerprints and DNA were not on police systems despite them also being taken at one of his earlier crimes

So does that mean he had already been caught or questioned previously? How was he caught then? Or that the prints matched the earlier case so they knew was same person, just not who?

Woman saw Relowicz's face 'inches from bedroom window'

Relowicz soon went on to commit another voyeurism crime, on February 16, 2018.

His victim had just got showered, dried herself with a towel, put underwear on and got into bed when she saw a man’s face ‘inches from her window’.

She hid under the duvet and texted her housemates.

One shouted at Relowicz as he ran past her in an alleyway, saying ‘F*** off’ in what she thought was a foreign accent. Victim said she was unsettled by the incident until she left Hull.

How
Don't understsnd this:

Relowicz was ‘allowed to go on offending’ as his fingerprints and DNA were not on police systems despite them also being taken at one of his earlier crimes

So does that mean he had already been caught or questioned previously? How was he caught then?

I think its bad reporting. He had never been arrested so his DNA/prints weren't on the police database.

So there was nothing to match in the system apart from the other crime.
