Woman saw Relowicz's face 'inches from bedroom window'

Relowicz soon went on to commit another voyeurism crime, on February 16, 2018.

His victim had just got showered, dried herself with a towel, put underwear on and got into bed when she saw a man’s face ‘inches from her window’.

She hid under the duvet and texted her housemates.

One shouted at Relowicz as he ran past her in an alleyway, saying ‘F*** off’ in what she thought was a foreign accent. Victim said she was unsettled by the incident until she left Hull.

That sounds very much like the incident which some of us may have seen an image of.

Count four is a burglary at another ground floor student flat, this time in Raglan Street.

Three vibrators were stolen from a box in a wardrobe, but the victim’s laptop on her desk was not taken. A fingerprint inside the window matched Relowicz.

She identified one of her vibrators after it was recovered from the boot of Relowicz’s car.

Relowicz was ‘allowed to go on offending’ as his fingerprints and DNA were not on police systems, the court heard.

Relowicz stared through window at victim for 10 seconds

Relowicz’s sixth crime he admitted is once again voyeurism, this time at a student house in Beresford Avenue.

In the early hours, his latest victim noticed a gap in her curtains as she was getting changed and saw Relowicz looking in.

His face was almost touching the window.

She “looked at him for about 10 seconds and he didn’t move, just stared back.”

She was “terrified” and said the most disturbing things was him continuing to look at her when he had been seen.

Relowicz returned to address of one of his previous crimes
Relowicz’s tenth crime he admitted, voyeurism on Boxing Day last year, was at the same address as the previous burglary committed by Relowicz in Chester Avenue.

One one occasion he had stared through the letter box while she was dancing. She opened the door and the man said ‘Pizza Delivery’ even tho he had no pizza and no vehicle.

On a further occasion Relowicz put his hands through the letter box. The victim, who was wearing leggings and bra, shouted ‘f**’ sake’, stood up and Relowicz left.

In a separate crime, Relowicz was caught performing a sex act in front of two women in Newland Avenue with his trousers around his thighs.

He was staring directly at one and “didn’t seem bothered” they could see him.

Police later found a used condom in the area with Relowicz’s DNA in it.

So looks like he has only admitted/being charged with those that had actual forensics.

Sounds like he was a busy boy on boxing day. I knew it was disgusting but seeing all the facts 'laid bare' is something else.

Relowicz stole laptop, condoms, vibrators and sex game dice from house
Relowicz also admitted a burglary in Ventnor Street, at a house shared by four female students.

Relowicz got in through a window and stole a laptop from under a bed, which had photos on it of a victim and her friends.

Condoms, vibrators, sex game dice and a Kindle were also stolen and later recovered from his Vauxhall Astra.

Reckon this is the house with the nice black and glass door that was being luminol’d just after Libby went missing? I’m sure that was before PR got arrested?
