The judge told Mr Relowicz: “Pawel Relowicz, will you stand up, please. Your trial is going to take place on the second of June of next year.

“I have made various orders for things to happen between now and then, and there will be a further hearing in this case at some point in March 2020. There may be another hearing before that but at the moment the next time you will be brought back to court will be in March.

“You will remain in custody and I note there will be an application to extend custody time limits in your case. You can go for now.”

Mr Relowicz then left the dock of the court, opening the door himself. The hearing is now over.
