Man in his 30s dies and two men injured in triple stabbing

"A man has died in a triple stabbing in east London this evening.

The victim, who is believed to be in his 30s, died at the scene in Ilford.

Police and paramedics were called to reports of three men being stabbed at around 7.30pm.

The two other victims have been rushed to hospital where their condition is unknown."

Gurjeet Singh, charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, next due for PCMH on 19 February 2020, at Snaresbrook Crown Court, and has been RIC at Pentonville Prison. I am sure that further more serious charges will follow, apparently there is still one person outstanding to be questioned.

That clears it up a lot, Gurjeet Singh is one lucky man who is clearly very good at defending himself!

Gurjeet Singh, 30, fatally knifed the trio, who were armed with knives and hammers, after four men cornered him in an East London alleyway.

Two men who survived the botched attack on Mr Singh were sentenced in August.

Sandeep Singh, 29, a labourer from Romford, was jailed for four years in August for wounding with intent.
He will be deported back to India when he is released after overstaying his visa.

His brother, Harpreet, 27, the gang's getaway driver, will also be deported after a 12-month jail sentence.

So the GBH charge was Sandeep Singh, who was on the same side as the 3 deceased (I hesitate to call them victims now we have the full story), no wonder it seemed odd. What a bizarre story!
