Mark Wright (24) was last seen on Holywood Road, east Belfast on Thursday at 8.50am. He was wearing a blue hoodie, white t-shirt, grey Nike jogging bottoms and white londsdale sneakers. He is 5’9, with a stubble beard and short brown hair.

Police have renewed their appeal for missing Belfast man Mark Wright.
The 24 year-old is also believed to have been wearing a green Berghaus coat at the time he was last seen on Thursday morning.

Because the 8.50am time given is specific. Which probably means a camera spotted him, with a given timestamp.

If I mapped this correctly, it's about 3-4 miles (12-16 mins.) driving distance from where he was last seen.
