The mother of a 16-year-old girl from Plymouth has issued an urgent plea for her to come home.

Mercedes Rodwell, known as May to friends and family, was last seen in the Ringmore Way area of Plymouth, on Tuesday, June 8 and was heading in the direction of Crownhill Road.

May was last seen wearing a denim playsuit, with a black Moschino belt and Hugo Boss sliders.

Her mum, Clare Reid, has issued several pleas for her to come home.

She told PlymouthLive: "May if you see this please, please, just come home. We are all worried.

"We love you."

May is 5 feet 7 inches tall, has brown hair with blonde tips, and is petite in stature.

It is believed that she travelled by train.

May has been reported missing to Devon and Cornwall Police and anyone who sees her should contact 101 or email [email protected] and quote log number 1073 for June 9.

However, I now see she has been missing again since September 14.

Devon and Cornwall Police officers are continuing to search for missing teenager Mercedes Rodwell who has now been missing for one week.

Mercedes Rodwell, 16, has not been seen since last Tuesday (September 14) at around 7.30pm.

The family say Mercedes was last seen in the West Park area carrying a bag, leading the family to believe she was prepared to stay out overnight.

Well it seems she is okay, and posted what looks like family pictures at Christmas. Though in the absence of something 'official' she will probably remain forever 'missing' on WS.

I know, that's what gets me when we can't even close the threads! I wish they just released a simple statement LOCATED. they ask for our help finding people but then can't even tell people when to stop looking..

Seems she 'got engaged' earlier in year. Though by the looks of it, other person much much older and may not be still engaged...

No longer missing though.
