BBM - interesting, I wonder why not? Maybe she is out of the country on holiday or living somewhere else? Because otherwise I would have thought they would sure as hell want to speak to her...

Yes for sure.

So, possibly , a dreadful shock for the Aunt, to come home to this... and a reason why the location was chosen.

Are we allowed to link to the mother's FB yet?

Ok I just caught up on all the reports. She's obviously a POI even though no charges have been laid so it's fine to post the link now.

Keeping in mind comments can't be copied/pasted & we can't discuss any comments made on the facebook page.

So is the wee boy in the woods or the bungalow?.

It was reported she was with her sister Rosie at this time

Not sure if this is stepping outside of the TOS so please delete if it is.
Quick search of electoral roll shows mother, grandmother and aunt registered as living there up to 2005. After that I can't find anything but its interesting that Rosie was meant to be living there at some point after Mikaeels birth and yet doesnt appear on the electoral roll.

On second thoughts perhaps she wasn't there long enough to register idk

It is very interesting that police do not want to speak to the sister who lives in the property. Shocking, in fact. Because it kind of suggests Mikaeel might have been left there to try and cast suspicion on her, in that case. Wicked, if it turns out to be true.

Here is the old article where a neighbour mentions an incident and a man in a hood running out of the apartment block the morning Mikaeel was reported missing, just before police arrived.

http://www.deadlinenews.co.uk/2014/...ion-to-find-missing-3-year-old-mikaeel-kular/

This article also mentions that arrest of the man who lives in the same street as the ex husband ( or should say husband really as they are not divorced )

The police have always said this arrest was not connected to the case, but they have also said, here, that this man is a witness not a suspect

So, did he witness something re Mikaeel ? and is this how the police found the location so quickly ?

Oh how awful if that is the case.

Things may be clearer when we are told ( if we are ) how long the poor child had been there. Perhaps sister was away during the * relevant * time.

Although from what I am reading, if Mikaeel was buried in the garden and not the woodland, then that still suggests the possibility of leaving him there to cast suspicion on sister...... I do hope not.....would prefer to think that maybe his mother wanted to leave him in a safe place. Which sounds absurd I know, but if there was regret for what happened ( and I do hope there was and is ) then could be a reason for that location.

A witness who let police to an underground car park. Could mean nothing...could mean everything

From Sky News reporting I believe forensics have taken a tent into woodland at the rear of the property.

Perhaps, and its JMO Rosie visited the property under the pretence of checking up on the house - would make sense if sister is currently away

From watching the latest Sky News update it looks like the woods behind the garden of the property.

Or that Rosdeep knew it was empty when she was thinking about where to put Mikaeel. It didn't suggest an attempt to cast suspicion at all to me - just that she wanted somewhere that was unlikely to be disturbed by strangers, and perhaps where she could return to visit. She was familiar with the property so it may have felt "safe" to her.

Thanks stacemcace.

Now i wonder if he was dumped or buried, if his death was an accident then id expect a loving mother even in panic to make sure the wee one is comfortable n not just dumped.

I just did a google image search, and there is a photograph of Mikaeel wearing a santa outfit, but the link says its from that newspaper I do not go near. Wondering when that photo was taken? He appears to look healthy.

'Graham said that the inquiry had always considered a criminal link from the start'

http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2014/jan/18/mikaeel-kular-mother-detained-body-found-fife

That grates a little, to be honest. I lost count of the number of times the police spokesperson repeated there was no evidence of any criminality. And kept stressing the 'wandered off' story.

Mmmm I guess its something that they always have to consider however I believe that as there was intially no evidence of any criminality it was deemed more as a missing person/child case than a criminal investigation

If the body was in the woods, I wonder if it was a dog walker that found him. I read somewhere that the woods behind the property were popular with dog walkers.

Somebody has obviously talked. I am fairly certain it is Rosdeep, but not totally.
