Yet another matter Sussex Police has had to refer themselves to the IOPC for, they were in contact with both the male who was arrested and the female who died very recently. This has echos of the murder of Shana Grice, which was also investigated by Sussex Police.

She has been identified as Nicola Redman, 33, of Monument View, Brighton.

A 52-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody for interview and further enquiries.
