Unless Petra was walking down the road, talking to herself and waving at every camera she passed, she could have slipped under the radar quite easily. Take Andrew Gosden for example, he was last seen in King's Cross and it's one of the busiest places in London!

The only thing that I can think of that explains this is she left her life two weeks ago maybe due to some type of nervous breakdown and then decided to kill herself the night before she was found. It just doesn’t make sense to me that she was in that park for two weeks with no one seeing her.
