Hmm, maybe. It just looks staged to me.
I'm sure most council properties in Bristol underwent renovations during the early 2000s under the "Decent Homes" programme during whoch all old tank style boilers were removed and combi boilers fitted. Saying that though I dont know whether their house is council/private rent etc.. anyway I personally thinl its more likepy that it was a water butt or compost binhttp://www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/housing/tenant/safesecure/water_safety.asp
Those cylindrical tanks are still in use in local authority homes around the country.
Arrests? Oh, my! Who? When? Boy, I step away for a few hours and so much has happened. Gotta catch up on the last six pages!

A washing machine? Too small?
Two arrests, no names, genders or ages given. Not father, step mum or uncle jo.
How do we know not Uncle J?
Ok....how did you even know the address?
and the mother of Joe's 2 children has posted that arrests have been made, she's hardly going to do that if it's her little ones Daddy that's been arrested! He's been quoted in the press responding to the arrests. We assume those arrested are being questioned and not in a position to chat to journalists.
