SH says she didn't tell her mum about #beckywatts because it was "Nathan's issue, Nathan's problems, not mine to tell"

Erm WTAF?

She's admitting Becky being missing was a problem or issue to NM there.

Not sure how to copy this over so I will just direct to you to FB page UK and Eire one, where apparently SH said they never did wash the car on Feb 19 ( as planned ) because she had morning sickness and NMs back hurt !!!

So, hardly used the toilet .... despite suffering from morning sickness. I've never smoked - but if you were suffering morning sickness, would you really fancy a cigarette? That's a genuine question by the way.

Even though they weren't married, Becky was still her relative. She knew her for several years. :gaah:

SH had no idea that NM had rung her stepdad to say, "if anyone asks, tell them we're going out for the evening" #beckywatts

SH has now told the court she may have heard NM say that in the car - says she thought it was odd. #beckywatts

So so cold to refer to Becky being missing as Nathans issue and Nathan's problems. I can't quite get over that . Even if they weren't close surely if innocent she'd have been affected by Becky going missing.

Yes indeed...

Plus, why would it be ONLY NMs issue or problem..... this is the step sister of her long term partner, Becky has been missing , at that point, for 4 days, there is huge publicity in Bristol and nationally, and yet SH thinks this is not anything for her to speak about

From no idea to she may have heard him. Contradictions are being highlighted now. Good!

She's just basically a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 isn't she.

There is no way she did not need a wee between waking up and getting to Becky's house, and even then the very first thing she did was go for a cig. Liar liar pants on fire.

You see there's all these slightly odd things he did, that would make most partners wonder what had got into their other half. You'd probably just write it off as legitimate, UNLESS someone you knew he disliked was missing and there was a possibility he was the last person to see her alive.

I just cannot for the life of me accept that she knew absolutely nothing, saw nothing, didn't realise something was amiss. If she would just admit bad thoughts had crossed her mind, or tell us he's threatened to kill her too, I'd feel a bit more lenient towards her. But this blanket denial makes me feel she's guilty of at least knowing something....

I keep flip-flopping with what I think happened. Her apparent calmness under questioning from a top barrister puzzles me - I mean she can stand up to this type of interrogation under stressful conditions, but couldn't stand up to a 5 foot 5, fibro-suffering invalid of a man all these years?

My current opinion is that she knew/suspected what was going on, but as it didn't concern her, she just let it all happen. She knew there would be no forensic evidence of her taking part (as she left him to do all the stuff that would be incriminating) so she wasn't too bothered as she thought it couldn't get pinned on her. I think she didn't really care what had happened to Becky, so long as it didn't end up causing any problems in her life.

QC Were you trying to buy yourself and Nathan some time?
Shauna Hoare replies "No"

SH says she was not trying to buy NM and herself sometime, and "didn't need to shake off" the police #beckywatts

Just going back to the buying of supplies.
SH has said, today, that she thought NM was clearing the house, ready to move. so did they have a move planned ? or did she just think that they might be moving house, but had not asked him - following her usual system of never asking, never questioning ?

I think I'm all caught up now but can I check this bit?

So when they got to SH's mothers the first day, police wanted to speak to them so they arranged to meet police outside another house and told SH's mother they were going for job interviews? Or did police speak to them more than once while they were at her mothers?
Wasn't LDs property searched at one point?

'I did not help boyfriend dispose of Becky's body'

Mr Mousley asked Shauna Hoare: “How long was he in that bathroom for on Saturday and Sunday?”
Hoare: “Probably an hour.”
Matthews was using the circular saw for about 20 minutes, she told the jury.
Hoare said she did not go into the bathroom to see how he was getting on or to take him a drink.
She said she did not help Matthews with the packing and bagging of Becky’s body or cleaning up the bathroom.
Hoare said she never had contact with two facemasks found in her house.

Yes I wonder if that was a misquote or if she slipped up and they had been planning to move, do a runner

Somebody on Uk and Eire has pointed out that last week in court she said she didnt even think she showed NM the frozen parody video and only watched it for a few seconds. Today she remembers showing him
