BBM common sense conclusions.

that's the single instruction that will have this pair jailed, I hope..I pray

This ( below) will certainly save jurors plenty of time:

Do not speculate about what evidence there might have been

Do not speculate why witnesses have not been called

Am I the only one who would have liked to have seen this?!!

hands up - who's done the sellotape test?

  • #325
we'll have this case cracked by tomorrow, if we haven't already. which of you is on the jury :D

jessie I hope, she's done the most trials

Not me :doorhide: I have never even been in a courtroom, and I have a pathological fear of prisons - can't even watch a film or tv prog if it includes a prison. :panic:

I don't mind doing "experiments" just to clarify points - never know who might be browsing here and find the info useful. :shush:

is there anyone here (sounds like a seance lol), who thinks SH is not guilty of kidnap and murder?

What I would say is that a large amount of people join the forces for the sake of a stable, guaranteed career. Others do it to escape bad home lives, or areas they are from which have high levels of unemployment. People who are in care often join as its like an extension of what they know - being told what to do, being looked after, decisions made for them. I think there are very few people who join up because they want to kill people. And when my husband was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, I can tell you that not a single one of his colleagues wanted to go. They knew the chances of getting killed or maimed were very high (Afghanistan was horrific the time they were there) and none of them were 'up for it'.

Unfortunately also you do get an awful lot of 'Walter Mitty's' ( members of public wearing the Uniform of HMF. But have not signed up for service. E.g liars)
Those who pretend they are something their not.
Pretty sure you can Google Walter Mitty and it will take you to a site where they oust them.
The lads and lasses that serve Queen and Country share a dim view on those who claim to be something they're not.
As most have lost someone from their Company/Platoon.
In NM'S case he left for various reasons. Maybe his Fibro being his downfall.

Hehe the animated emoticons make me chuckle.
I've been in a few Courtrooms. A few Cells. And a couple of high priority Trials.
Noooo not Cuz I'm a naughty person. Lol tut tut. Giving evidence. And being an 'appropriate adult' I'm always confused with the Judicial System. But never mind.
Studying Criminology is easier.
To apply the mind as a Profiler.

😆 sorry I only have boring inanimate emos.

BIB Jessie, it's official , you have Incarcerophobia, apparently.:jail:
http://phobia.wikia.com/wiki/Incarcerophobia

and robber spared prison due to same phobia :findinglink:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukn...er-spared-jail-because-of-fear-of-prison.html

so you will be ok if arrested for gross mis-use of cling film. :skip:

Also, SH was pregnant with twins and probably not interested in sex with him - plus she would have been gaining weight so he may not have been so attracted to her. She may have been interested in Becky, or she may have been more bothered about NM getting his 'fix' from someone, so long as it wasn't her.

Yup indeed. Also someone she knew. And could control. SH had insecurity issues as well as jealousy issues. If catching NM looking at pretty girls she'd give him a whack..

Beesknees, it seems I had got the relevant ages mixed up in my post. CoverMeCagney post #294 (I think) has specific dates.
Didn't mean to post inaccurate information.

Totally off topic and thinking out loud. But I wonder if a murderer has even been on Websleuths, lurked about or even posted before getting caught (or still not caught). Hmmmm....
