GUILTY UK - Sabina Nessa, 28, found murdered in park, SE London, 18 Sep 2021 *ARREST* #2

Typically a killer who leaves his victim exposed would fall under the disorganised camp.
Sabina Nessa was found covered in leaves and was not concealed in any way as not too be found.
Could this be an indication that this was a perpetrators first killing? Has any perpetrator previously raped or exposed himself to women and are there any reports of a silver car in other crimes which fits the same description.

I have looked at various reportings and have only come up with a flasher in 2019 driving a silver car in Hurstpierpoint which is a 40 min drive away from Eastbourne. This was referenced on Hurstpierpoint Hub.

I think the CCTV released was purposefully low quality, and/or taken at a long distance. I installed the Ring security alarm and cameras on a relative’s home earlier this year; not (comparatively) expensive but the quality through the CCTV that you can just buy from John Lewis is excellent, high definition and clear. I can’t imagine an expensive new-build apartment block having CCTV so grainy.

Also I can confirm I’ve never been bludgeoned by a delivery driver either; they’re usually very polite ;)

I am not sure if this link will be of interest going forward. The police seem interested in Eastbourne whatever the plea is from Koci Selama tomorrow.
I haven't found anything recent but going back to early 2000's there has only been one unsolved murder in Eastbourne.
Murders and Convictions in Eastbourne - a Freedom of Information request to Sussex Police
I remember that case very well as it happened on the seafront close to where I live and it was a very different scenario, way back in 2005, so not relevant in my opinion.

Can someone repost the link to crime in Brighton where the suspect looked like Koci Salamaj

I personally don't think he looked anything like him. If we are thinking of the same one.

Edit - Found the one I was thinking of and it was a link someone posted to a crime in Enfield. So, not the same one.

As I understand it, Ring products work on motion sensors so just record a minute or so at a time. The cctv that captured KS is a 24/7 system that has to save 1440 minutes of video every day. Plus the video clip we saw was at night when images are always of much lower quality. You also have to consider the purpose of the surveillance system which I would judge would be to record vandalism and antisocial behaviour. Accurate identification of individuals isn't really necessary as bringing them to justice is too difficult. If there is a problem then the local authority would be the route used to deal with it with their local banning orders etc. If the apartment block has a video-entry system then those images would be of comparable quality to your Ring system.

Until recently Selamaj had been living with his Romanian girlfriend in the flat behind a burger takeaway in the centre of Eastbourne, but the couple recently split up.

I had read that n some earlier reports she was his wife.

I wonder if she actually rents the flat and he moved in with her

I still find it strange as a wanted man why he went back to the flat where he could be recognised by neighbours or his ex girl friend could inform the police of his whereabouts.

So he pled not guilty.
Does it mean:
1. he denies he ever met S,
2. he accepts the attack but denies the premeditated murder (as didnt want to kill)?

He has not actually made a plea, his lawyer was asked how he intended to plea.

It might turn out that he admits to manslaughter. If the police have enough evidence he might have difficulties denying he was involved in her death.

I'm surprised at the indication that he will go not guilty.. usually they ask for an extension and question them to the maximum time

Might be the police do have enough evidence to confidently charge him,but he persisted in a no comment interview so they saw no advantage in extending the interview time.
