The one space community centre is due for demolition in May 22 but appears to have associations with a food bank and cheap Friday hot drinks. Could this be how the alleged attacker, now in custody came to be around the area and spotted an attractive young lady in slip dress/sparkly boots (bless her)? Unemployed and attempted to mug her/ask for cash - she screamed - he silenced her?

This is a good spot. I also wonder if she did some kind of volunteer work that put her in contact with him - food bank/soup kitchen type stuff but also, given her professional background, perhaps literacy or ESOL (she had an ESOL qualification I think).

I can’t see how a teacher and an unemployed pizza delivery driver would move in the same social circle.
If he is unemployed, he may have spent a lot of time in that park, or the community centre/food bank area.

Sabina is very beautiful, and he may have noticed her previously?

I’ve been working on why Kidbrooke and in looking at a map between London and Eastbourne the A20 slices right through Cator Park and Kidbrooke Village

Neat idea, but it doesn't go anywhere near Eastbourne. That would be the A22 or the A27.

maps say otherwise - out of London and I picked a charity he may have sought help from and heading home to Eastbourne goes through Cator/Kidbrooke on A2/A2213/A20. Attached map above might show it best

Sorry, I'm not meaning to argue with you, and I like your approach, but it just doesn't. The A20 goes to Dover.

A20 road (England) - Wikipedia

I'm not sure it matters though. He could have driven between Eastbourne and Kidbrooke by any route he liked.

ETA: In fact, if he left the A20 at New Eltham, he could pick up the A232 and drive through the popular body dumping ground of Biggin Hill before joining the A22 at Uckfield. Perhaps his original plan was to move Sabina's body out of London but something prevented that. Maybe he covered her carefully over in the hope of going back for her later but then she was found and that was no longer an option. Pure speculation, of course.

I thought about this I was thinking about the time Sabina spent living in Bedfordshire area and attend a college and University there. Had she met someone who had a fixation with her. Now we know that an unemployed delivery driver who had prior to a Month ago lived in Eastbourne has been charged in suspicion for her murder that theory doesn't sit anymore with me.
My other observation is that on a YT channel Sabina was offering a double bedroom to rent in Lewisham, London.
****Bedroom 1 from the online add**** rent in Lewisham, London 10 min walk to Greenwich and Blackheath 10 min walk to Lewisham shopping centre. Maybe I am being over imaginative but in the short video the window is open and there is a silver car parked opposite the flat.

The fact that the cars are silver is the only similarity in my opinion. The car which was compounded is a Nissan Micra whereas the car in the video is a small 4x4 with a spare wheel on the back. They’re very different.

Okay, I think we were talking at cross-purposes. Apologies.

A female neighbour quotes in one of the newspaper reports already shared in here that he was kind and carried her buggy down some stairs and helped with the bins. This shows respect for women. I wonder what evidence they have to charge him with a murder.

I disagree, it’s just fostering friendly relations with the neighbours, or just trying to make himself look good.

I think people are complicated and this includes murderers. One can be kind one moment and absolutely monstrous the next minute. And my view is that this holds for all people including the ones who have an upstanding in the society as well as the ones who are accused of horrific crimes.

I forgot who said this but I do feel truth in these words: "Given the right circumstances, everyone is capable of a murder"

Maybe he was being sneaky and trying to scope things out.

That really depends on which head was dominant at the time.

I do love these vox pops with the local residents-totally meaningless meanderings from those who didn't know the person at all & only saw them in passing, twisted by the tabloids to make them look like monsters. The guy didn't talk to his newsagent much while he picked up his paper, food & booze-psychopathic loner, he didn't talk much to his neighbours & kept to himself-he must have had women chained up in his basement etc. Do most of us really have in-depth talk with shop staff? Do we mix that much with those living near us? I sure as hell don't-even if I had any desire to do so most shops are busy places with lines forming to buy things which you are then holding up & who wants to hang around for longer than needed in a pandemic?

That was the second guy that was arrested. Not the latest one. That article is from the 24th
Have the other two men been ruled out as knowing the third guy or still pending enquiries and released without charge.

I believe it was a random attack, with no connection between Sabina and man charged with her murder, Koci.

I do wonder whether there was an exchange between the two prior to him attacking her. For instance, catcalling/sexual harassment, or him asking to borrow a phone/lighter and her refusing. I still think maybe there was a general resentment of women from him, given that he had recently separated from his girlfriend/partner in Eastbourne. Maybe it enraged him to see an attractive woman dressed for an evening out, as she was (IMO) extremely out of his league.

Doubt that, unless SN was somehow acquainted with at least one of KS's relatives/friends (since it's been established that [A], the 40-year-old they initially arrested, had been someone known to her) which IMO seems very unlikely.
So have the first two men arrested now been cleared or are they still under investigation?
