I agree it does seem strange they would tweet that if such a large police operation going on currently had found her. But it is just that, a large police operation involving forensic teams and have cordoned off the road. JMO, but I think the appeal for witnesses is always about corroboration over where a potential perp might me. Who knows though, maybe they haven't found something as significant as we all dread

Being someone who works in a large company, the people who deal with the SM will be completely different to the team investigating. Could be something, could be they went ahead anyway posting it wanting more cam footage, could be the SM team have no clue and this was agreed to be posted earlier today.

I work in marketing / social media as well, and noticed this was posted via Hootsuite so it could've been scheduled hours ago. Still noteworthy though, IMO.

she likes her jogging and that's one good skill to have being able to run from danger and is probably in a better situation then a female wh0 is just returning home from a night club but I guess even having these skills you can still be in danger at anytime

Somehow Police have made a connection to this block of flats - so maybe things are a bit different to what has been speculated.

I notice there is a small patch of grass with shrubbery and a low fence belonging to Oaklands Estate the building next to Poynders Court and which is located next to Poynders Court refuse and garaging area. A perp could hide in there to grab a passerby. Sounds unlikely perhaps but that’s exactly what Levi Bellfield did when he grabbed Milly Dowler off the street outside his block of flats in Walton on Thames. And this was in broad daylight.

Very sad news.. it's coincidental that the press release came at the same time as the development.
Could have been an anonymous tip off / new dash cam footage / drain check that led to the sudden change.

According to Rightmove, one of those flats goes for over £1,440 a month. The impression I get is that Sarah herself was a professional. Given the going rate for these flats, could she actually have known somebody living there, hence no signs of struggle etc.

Plenty of people aquire money to live in places like this through illegal means. And maybe she was agreeable because she thought she had a higher chance of survival in this situation. Knife being put to my neck on the street and chances are I’ll comply with said demands.

You can use the little yellow man on google earth to drive off-road down the left and also right side of that building and see the rear of the building too.

Edit: there is a camera on the right of the building above the security light. I can't see a camera on the left of the building or the rear though.

To suggest that is the point I am making is ridiculous. The suggestion that only somebody with so little money could have done this has seemingly been the narrative throughout, so just trying to think outside of the box and away from the idea it was somebody who may have been on drugs, homeless or intoxicated.

I got that from your post BeechwoodBlue Someone had only just posted about how maybe there were squatters the flats. The point is, young professionals tend to socialise with other young professionals in similar circles, living in similar housing. This estate, while it may appear to a non-Londoner as social housing or low-income accommodation, might actually be popular among young professional thirty somethings like Sarah and her friends. I don't think it's casting aspersions to do so. It's also possible Sarah had friends who weren't in her immediate circle of affluence etc. The thing about London is, all types of people could actually all live in this building and mostly get along. That is the beauty of the city.

This was 5 minutes ago at time of me posting this here - so almost 2 hours since the cordon was set up. No idea if that’s normal or not.

The reports state that forensics are preparing to enter the building. Indicating the interest is a flat/area inside.

Like others have said. Was this her planned final destination? MOO but I find it so hard to believe someone unknown to her could take her off that main road. Not impossible sure, but I struggle with that possibility.

This is really sad and I really feel for SE's F&F at this time.
