"Fingertip" searches are usually conducted on hands and knees.

I was asking what this particular fingertip search involved from the poster that witnessed it.

To add I described them at back of house as fingertip searches, they were not on knees or if they were out of my view, but they were walking slowly in a line in sweeps, my point it is that what I saw I describe as fingertip searches although not technically 'fingertip' x

That is a really good point! If SE had an iPhone. If any family member knew her Apple ID password they could sign in on iCloud and see - photos - last location of phone registered. Depending on how it is set up I believe it can show a last location right up to the battery going dead even if switched off.

I think I can answer this. The prosecutor was asked by the Magistrate to provide a summary, so therefore a detailed account did not need to be given.

I presume the documentation filed contained far more detail?

it's 25 years since i studied criminal procedure but IIRC the initial information etc filed with the court need to establish a prima facie case sufficient to hold the accused - including particulars of the case against him?

As there is no contested bail application, we don't get to hear any argument over the evidence itself.

But the Crown would need to show specific evidence that implicates the accused in the murder, prima facie

Could just as easily have been the passenger and driver door on the same side, for example. Bundle into the back, child lock on, get in front, drive away

The first MSM source mentioned on here to report it (Sarah Everard’s body found in builder’s bag, court told | Irvine Times) did say front doors, but good point as I had to look back and check.

it’s interesting about the fire arm that he didn’t want to carry one in future as that would raise flags at work.


I can definitely see some kind of mental break being blamed here as he definitely doesn’t seem all with it.

They did both kinds from your earlier photos or a photo you shared, at least one had them kneeling.. and creeping along.
It's used interchangeably..
I've done SAR work with sticks and we mistakenly called it fingertip, it was not.

Yes, it has been. The only info on the doors comes from reports of what was said in court

Strange that they've bought in D&C marine, there are plenty of other units around the coast there.

The only thing I could think of is D&C have a lot of mines/potholing/caverns so maybe they had to wait for *very* specialist resources?

I don't think there's been any confirmation about anything, but IMO it's more likely they're looking for SE's personal items.

So the hunt is still on for discarded objects that could be his or her possessions, or very sad to say, her body is at different locations.

Edit: I dont think this part of Kent does, does it?

There are some - I know the uni has/had a caving club, for instance. IMO D&C probably has better underwater equipment available, but that's a big assumption on my part.
