JMO. I just have this horrible feeling this is going to be bigger than any of us expect. I don’t know if any of you have ever come across the case below...I just have a horrid feeling in the pit of my stomach something horrific like this will have turned out to have been happening - I mean something serial rather than once off and I’m not talking about the fraud etc I just mean someone who has been very smart, thinks they have gotten away with stuff (until now?) something that has been given a lot of thought and planning. I am really hoping I’ve just been watching too many crime docs....but this continued looking at stuff by LE in different areas doesn’t look great. JMO only.

I don't understand why you would need indication from the police that one of their own officers may be a serial killer to start mapping cold cases against his known locations? Couzens bought a home on Freeman's Way in Deal in 2015. This is .5 miles from where Debra Griggs disappeared in 1999. Her husband was convicted with what appears to be little evidence of guilt. Does Couzens have ties to this area that go back to 1999? Couzens is 48 years old. Silly to assume he just started murdering now.
Have you explored this further yourself at all?

Live video from scene kent 999 (have not added link as not msm), just opened large recycling bin and going through it, sandwich.
They just pulled out some clothing and set it aside. Speculation in comments on weather it belonged to her or not. I personally don't think so.
This bin is paper and card big red and blue bin x
Yeah if you watch towards the end of the live they pull out clothing x

I'm trying. Need a list of all of Couzens previous addresses to map against cold cases. But you'd think a forum full of "websleuths" would be on top of this..

Apart from this attack comes across as amateur hour. I can not see how if he had a history of doing similar attacks that he wouldn’t be better at it. They was on his trail within days of him committing this act.

mooo

No your right, they took clothing out of bin, black white trousers white top...

Just a thought. Perhaps the hire car was something the accused did regularly to innocently keep the mileage down in his own car. Or using multiple vehicles may reduce LE’s ability to link IE claims. Different areas/Different cars etc. JMO.

I’m beginning to feel it started as IE, hence why the passenger door was open, to call/draw SE’s attention, she then takes a photo of the car/the accused. The accused gets out of the drivers side at kidnaps her. Could be why the accused made sure SE’s phone was well disposed of.

Apologies if repeating others, there is a lot to keep up on with you wonderful lot and your thoughts x

I’m not sure the accused in this case is particularly smart or cunning. If it transpires there are additional, serious crimes committed by the same man historically he must have been much more careful and diligent on those occasions so as not to get caught, and made a significant list of slip ups on this occasion. I think we might see more instances of IE. I can even believe there are assaults. But I’m not thinking calculated serial killer here. Unless he completely changed his MO and decided he wanted to get caught. JMO.

The hire car also gives the possibility of "Yeah but I'm not the only person with keys to that vehicle - Prove it was actually me."

Not sure that is deemed a valid source. But yes, that's bleak.

Edit: The Sainsbury's ones look like they have a lot more white. Could be inside out I guess in the other pic?

It’d be a huge coincidence to find a pair of leggings so similar to hers in a bin they’re purposely searching wouldn’t it

Are they definitely leggings/trousers?

First time poster but long time lurker - it looks very very similar to her top and leggings from the Sainsbury's doorway footage

I saw that part, too. I thought they looked alot like her diamond patterned leggings and white top. Just my opinion.

In viewing the clip and when the person filming gets closer, it appears to be a navy and white floral item and then a white piece of clothing. So I think they're different. MOO

If the clothes do belong to her, it's almost like the accused was trying to get caught by placing them in a paper recycling bin. Why not put them in a clothes recycling bin where they would stand out far less.

Those leggings definitely look similar to the pattern Sarah was wearing.
