I think there is a typo in that MSM report. I think it should be 2018 not 2008
No he became a police office in Bromley in 2018.

I'm trying. Need a list of all of Couzens previous addresses to map against cold cases. But you'd think a forum full of "websleuths" would be on top of this..

You could try 192.com

Yeah I agree, it's very strange. They appear to be kitchens or bedrooms, at street level not more than 10m from the road. At this time 9.30pm during lockdown you'd expect lights to be on inside (and people up and about), so it would be easy to see in those windows without curtains. I'm not saying the kindap did not occur here (because it seems it did according to current evidence), but I do agree that it's an exceedingly unlikely kidnap location (especially when considering a main road too!!). It beggars belief.

and it was 9.35 pm is not really that late you could get people returning home from work in there cars - or someone walking to the shops etc a police car past S E only 3 minutes earlier it's does beggar belief and seems a very cruel twist of fate that in a resident area nobody as far as we know seen or heard anything

They just pulled out some clothing and set it aside. Speculation in comments on weather it belonged to her or not. I personally don't think so.

Yeah if you watch towards the end of the live they pull out clothing x

I think they could be, it looks VERY similar IMO

As it seems there is an embargo on posting the accused's name on here, I will not add the Court link for tomorrow...but only add that it will be CVP. 10am.

for anyone who doesn't know - CVP = Cloud Video Platform .
Accused to attend, everyone else involved in the hearing will link via their chosen platform.

As written, the advisory does not seem to extend to name suppression. Such suppression would also not seem to apply to his occupation, since that is given in the official media advisory.

I won't speak to the rules of the site - which we all have to abide by (obviously) and are set by the site owners.

But the accused does not have name suppression, and was identified again today on the BBC. Name suppression has to be specifically ordered by the Court (e.g. Grace Millane). It cannot be ordered by the Crown.

So those basic details are not covered by Sub Judice rules - and they are already in the public domain

But the admins of the site can obviously establish more comprehensive rules and it would make sense not to name the accused given the kind of sleuthing goes on here.

Thanks, @supersleuth123 for the street link I've long been looking for! Serves as confirmation that the suspect's vehicle was not necessarily stopped on the street in the traffic lane.

Apart from it doesn’t as she is a young women and she is walking on the main road and would be security aware. No way would she walk over into that estate if a strange person in the dark called to her. You would run if somebody tried to get you off that main footpath whereas on the main road she would feel more secure because of the traffic going past.

IMO

Anyone doing a Rossmo geographical profile on this "suspect"?

for anyone who doesn't know - CVP = Cloud Video Platform - so the accused will stay where ever he is ( again I'm not posting his location ) and everyone else involved in the hearing will link via their chosen platform.

We are normally allowed to report court listings and appearances aren’t we? Except in the case of Rocky Price, where his name couldn’t be included but the rest could?

I suspect there has to be a clarification from the mods, as currently we can't link or quote from MSM/Crown sources that name the accused.

I wonder if there has been a mixup with name suppression cases like Grace Millane where we 100% could not name him.

So after looking at the time line was the car he used to expose him in the rental or his own car?

Imo
RSBM

They haven't confirmed which car is linked to the McDonalds incident.

That’s such an interesting comparison. There are a fair few similarities between these cases for me. But I hadn’t thought about PRs wife not being taken away for questioning. I think perhaps the accuseds wife in this case provided an alibi at the request of her partner (JMO), whereas PRs wife maybe told police right away that he had been out the night Libby was taken? Maybe she immediately refused to cover for him where as in this case his wife did so under pressure and in a panic at his request.
From what has been reported, the team the accused was part of transports to and from patrol duty via minibus/van? Was maybe the hire car in question parked in police station car park? JMO

Yes I usually do. But as site Admin have asked for his name not to be quoted on here, I have erred on the side of caution and just typed the info manually rather than C & P from the site.

Divers 'targeting one specific spot'
Divers have entered the River Stour, according to reports on the ground in Sandwich.

0_Diverjfif.jpg

Our reporter says they appear to be targeting one specific spot in the middle of the river, rather than starting from one end and working down as you might expect.

Divers arrive as Sarah Everard search continues in several locations - live

That makes me think someone locally has tipped them off that they saw something in the area, possibly. Whether it was the river, the car park or both.

If they thought it could be Sarah's and needs identifying by her friends or family they would not be sticking a photo of it in the Daily Mail of it being found.

Good point. I thought the photo was taken with a very long lens zoomed in - but - they are not exactly trying to hide it.

try Ancestry. If you have any problems, let me know.

  • #839
So tomorrow does the accused get to say if he is pleading guilty or not guilty?

He was in the Civil Nuclear Constabulary before becoming a traffic officer with Kent Police in 2008. He joined the Met Police in 2018.
