One of the papers suggested he finished his shift at 8.30 and was probably based at Charing Cross being his role. Not sure if shifts end at that time meaning clocking out or that is when the minibuses pick them up to return to HQ.

Gun cop so needs to recheck firearms. Mandatory to travel in civvies so needs to change clothes.

About15- 20 minutes to Poynders Road drive.

Basically if it’s true he finished work at 8.30 on the night he wouldn’t have been driving around looking for a victim based on the timelines.

Would suggest either something escalated or he was intent on abducting on his route out of London.

A poster on here lives close to house of interest. Advised that the 2 seats (estate + small runabout) are normally parked up. They don't recall a 3rd vehicle but maybe it was parked up elsewhere.

Thanks. Did some searching to find reports of the cars and Kent Online reports Police removed two cars from the house (and shows a photo of one). The one in the photo is a smaller one.

"A black Seat Exeo and a smaller car have been lifted off the driveway".

This Kent Online timeline has a lot of info - all in one place. And quite a lot of photos - particularly various ones of WC (and yes it does look like he's on steroids or some kind of body building - recently from these).

It also mentions Police searching a large leisure complex.

This article/timeline is worth a read if anyone wants to catch up on what/where/when

But that is not the clip everyone’s on about, the clip in question is around 10pm and from what i remember there was no oncoming traffic, only a bus coming from the very far end right at the end of the clip.
Fwiw i showed the clip to family members and they thought the same, scuffle of driver with someone/something in the back seat and then a head appearing out of the rear passenger side window at the end.

Chilling.

Ah OK I thought this was the one at the junction with the window movement. My bad.

Where is this clip?

I think they had an unusually short window during which she went missing. Let's say 5 critical minutes. Last doorbell cam image, last phone ping, no more activity of any kind. That's a finite number of cars.

When they checked out the plate on this particular vehicle & found a police officer had rented/leased it AND HAD NEVER REPORTED BEING EXACTLY IN THE AREA of the highest profile crime possible. he goes to the top of the suspect list.
Yeah good shout.

The following is in no way disrespectful to any medical professionals.....

Having been present when a murder suspect was taken to hospital, we bypassed all of the A&E procedure and went straight to ICU. There they have the capacity and expertise of staff to ensure that preservation of life is most possible. There was no question that he might die, it wasn't a head injury, and the case was a quiet one. In this case, high profile, MET officer, in custody, I'd be surprised if he didn't go straight to ICU where there is 1-1 nurse, highest registrar, highest tech monitoring equipment and instant testing to ascertain no threat to life

This makes sense. There’s also a lot fewer patients who are conscious/wakeful or currently mobile on an ICU, which means fewer objections or people trying to snap a quick photo to sell to the Daily Mail.

Just checking, but are you saying this was when the police took him to hospital for head injuries? If so, then it was approx 8pm yesterday evening he went to the hospital.

No - it happened this afternoon

As well as clarification about the number of cars, I would also like to know if there is any truth/proof relating to the fact that an ambulance visited their house between SE going missing and his arrest.
I believe it was WS member LeopardLeotard who lives in WC road who saw the ambulance there a couple of days before the arrest. Can't find the post sorry.

I am in Wandsworth and heard the convoy leave the police station to go to Tooting Hospital but actually saw it returning. Duration between the two was no more than 2 1/2 hours.
He only needed a CT scan on his head to rule out internal bleeding after the head injury then he’s good to go back to custody. I can’t see why anyone would go straight to ICU without being assessed in A&E first. IMO

And also less chance of retaliation from a member of the public as it is the Hospital the area SE went missing.

He was working at the US Embassy for his shift that night

I'm amazed they'd take a murder suspect into ICU rather than a private room unless their treatment requires it. You have extremely ill and dying people and the last thing they need is a suspect getting roudy. Shame if they do tbh.

Would imagine they have a dedicated side room that can be guarded

A lot of the footage here on the drive down the A205 has gone, I don't know about police procedure, or maybe glitches, but i would say the missing footage available as 10 second snippets is probably more telling than footage that is still publicly available.

This is not how ICU beds are used.

Is this in relation to the video where someone is seen sticking their head out of a passenger window?
