Possible. My guess is that he saw SE from his car

She was walking on big roads i.e. traffic moving fast. Why would he single her out? It's risky if she was just on the phone – often you do this to arrange to meet/make plans.

Also why is he driving in this particular area? Just finished a shift, driving home in a random part of London, then pulls over to abduct someone who could be on her way to meet someone and will be missed instantly?

On foot listening to her call makes much more sense IMO

I'm not convinced by the lodging theory even though the commute is crazy long. He was arrested at home in Deal on Tuesday 9th after returning home from a shift at work in London. - Everything we know about Wayne Couzens, the murder suspect and elite protection officer who was relied upon to keep VIPs safe Implies he commutes it. Of course always a chance he was off the following day but still.

I think people are on to something about renting a parking space theory though. MOO

I'm not able to access your link but I don't think there's any evidence that WC returned home from a shift at work in London on the date SE vanished. I've read just the opposite -- he was not working the date she disappeared-- and nothing more about his whereabouts on March 3. It's not unheard of for officers to have lodging near their work-- whether it be for extended shifts or personal reasons. Reportedly, the embassy provides parking. Much too early to rule anything out. MOO

A thought that came across my mind while thinking about SE phone going off grid/dead, or at least her not being able to use her phone for help, was a mobile phone jammer, i know it sounds a bit far fetched, thats why i googled it before posting and you can actually buy and make them, what makes it less far fetched IMO was WC employment history he could well of come across/used one before.

Agree, he had a full week to do a clean up :( and no known cctv or sightings of WC with SE as far as we know...
How do we know how long he had? She could have been kept alive for a while. *shudder*

WC was rushed to hospital today, second time in three days, head injuries AGAIN. Source, Daily Express.

Seriously. How is he able to do this again?!?

It looks like the house nextdoor on the right of the picture also has a trampoline.
To clarify visable to me is a trampoline with blue edging, behind it is a brown shed this is the neighbour (on my view)- to the left next door of wc house, the view from the back shows a trampoline with green piping- wc's house, the house to the right of that pic is the neighbours, the shed obscures the view of neighbours trampoline from back pic photo. In a nutshell they both have trampolines, but I can't see wc's one. IMG_20210312_121746.jpg

this is against the rules , you need to delete
To paraphrase the Telegraph article briefly: according to sources two offences of indecent exposure were reported by staff members of a fast food restaurant on 28/2/21. The alleged offender’s vehicle number plate was recorded by cctv and reported to police, but the officer handling the case failed to run a pnc check at the time, resulting in a failure to identify him.

ETA: Sarah Everard case: Police failed to carry out basic number plate check on suspect

If someone is described as acting oddly, is exposing himself in public that person has a mental health imbalance.

No, they have a fetish. They are not the same thing.

News articles are stating her phone call ended abruptly at 9:28 and was then seen walking alone at 9:30. IMO this points to her phone running out of battery rather than a phone snatch.
We don’t know at which point she was approached after this. The walk is reported as 50 minutes and the phone call lasted the first 15. IMO it’s more likely WC used his police credentials to lure her into his car rather than a forceful attack. It also says in the main thread the supermarket picture is from when she brought a bottle of wine before going to her friends house, if she was tipsy this could of effected her decision making perhaps? not seen this mentioned much

Also side note that if her phone did run out of battery it would likely mean she was not listening to music in her earphones. And not able to help people with requests for time, directions etc. JMO

Her phonecall did NOT end abruptly.

Interesting. I have also wondered if maybe she had a few drinks at her friends - this hasn’t been mentioned anywhere. Possibly he stopped by to ask if she was ok and she explained her phone battery had died but was on her way home ? Maybe he offered her to charge her phone in his car for a minute so she could resume her way home safely and he was an off duty police officer. so many potential ways he got/forced her in the car but this seems like another good possibility, especially if she was tipsy. Her family described her as a sensible girl, so I would assume this scenario, to her could of seemed like a sensible thing to do also.

There's been a lot of speculation on here about how she ended up in this dreadful man's car. Nobody has said she was 'tipsy'. Taking a bottle of wine to a friend wouldn't make her so. Why make assumptions? We just don't know.

He had a full week from the
Abduction to being arrested to do clean up. This includes devices, cleaning car etc etc

With this being the second time going to hospital. Surely points towards suicide attempts IMO

I visited the bandstand to pay respects at 7pm and to my shock when leaving, right at the other end of the common, Cressida Dick is walking with her security. Not fully obvious why.

This, but also please can we all stop talking about mental illness like it's a cause of indecent exposure, abduction and murder. I have bipolar, I have never done any of those things. If I did do them, it would not be because I'm mentally ill.
I do get your point but there are many many mental illnesses. Some can cause people to do things they wouldn't do otherwise but I don't think this is the case here at all!

I agree with you on this topic.
There are so many people who confuse mental illness & sadistic psychopathy/sociopathy & NPD.
Mental illness is treatable.
Criminal Psychopathy/sociopathy or rather ASPD & narcissistic personality disorder are not treatable.
JMO MOO IMHO

Technically he isn’t close protection, he’s site protection.

In a previous job I can across close protection officers regularly. They aren’t charismatic. Dull and effective. You don’t want charisma in a person who’s protecting you from nutters and terrorists

Fair points. The photos of him in the public domain seem to portray two different faces, I felt. In repose, he's creepy and thuggish looking, but where he's smiling he looks like a completely different guy. It just made me wonder if he can turn the charm on when it's helpful. JMO
