I also used to work at the end of Brixton Water Lane. Even from here - let alone the
Common there is no direct bus route to get you there. You need to take a bus which goes down Kings avenue to Brixton. Then walk back to get to Bottom of Brixton water lane. So not really any bus routes make sense from there. I used to cycle up to there around the back. She could have peeled off down Rodenhurst Road which is the route I used to cycle. Up to the top, over kings avenue, left and right would take you to the bottom of Brixton water lane. I hope they are looking along Rodenhurst as well. She wouldn’t have walked to the next camera at Clarence avenue (or walking up Clarence is an alternative).

I live on Cavendish Road - about 200 yds from the junction with Poynders. AR gardens was searched this afternoon. It’s a large patch of grass, kids playground, 2 all weather sports pitches, two small ponds which were searched today. It is meant to be locked at dusk - however I drove past just before 7 this evening and the gates were still open - there are gates either end - one on poynders road and one on Atkins road. My garden has been searched and they asked for doorbell footage this morning - mine doesn’t reach the pavement.

Hmmm, that car was parked along the road for at least 6 mins according to he time stamps.
Was there a shop or takeaway food place there....? Or...?

There's a McDonalds across the road and a central reservation blocking turning in so possibility the car has stopped for that.

I've noticed there's quite a few occurrences of the below image. I reckon police has asked for some stills to be removed from these records.

Unfortunately around Clapham Common Thursday, around Agnes Riley Friday mornings! The other side of south circular I think is Thursday from when I ran around there.

The CCTV camera down the road doesn't cover the footpath she could have been walking up (it's focussed on the other side of the road) so not necessarily IMO unless I've missed something,

The weather conditions in the Clapham area on Wed 3rd March' according to time and date, was a cool 6/7C and was foggy, suggesting limited visibility. Those conditions would definately have made a potential abduction much easier to accomplish without being seen.

Stills above posted by Elizakate appear to confirm poor conditions.

This is the route I used to cycle and take to Brixton water lane - taking me off the south circular between Cavendish and Clarence Avenue - I live on the non south circular bit. The A215 is Brixton water lane - I stopped a bit short sorry (it was a few years ago).

EDIT to write what image says - " If a camera says 'in use keeping London moving' - it is in use by traffic services or police and blanked for privacy."

Does anyone here have any knowledge of this crime unit/ Policing and is it normal for this unit to get involved in a missing persons case only after a few days?

Presuming one reason is so LE can draw on extra resources?

Described as a complex case, but from where we're sitting it doesn't look that way ATM.
Something tells me there's a lot more going on here.

Yes I had the same thought this afternoon. Missing persons cases are normally under rather than over resourced as sadly we all know. There surely must be a lot going on behind the scenes here.

Click the camera icon on the TFL link shared previously, then click the name of the camera that pops up (380 from memory), then select the date (3rd March) and you’ll be given a list of archived stills every 5 mins or so, starting at midnight on the 3rd so you’ll need to scroll right down to the 9pm range.

a bit slow to the party but these cameras are an amazing resource for cases like this

I may be reading too much into the words but I can't help but think that the content of the phone call might be indicating something to the police that they aren't making public yet.

I know that the absence of any word from the partner might not be significant (as in Libby Squire's case) but it's quite unusual IMO

Yes we were talking about this earlier in the thread. Absolutely. Someone suggested it could be linked to other cases. There’s definitely a lot more to this than meets the eye whatever the story is.

I'm also very local to ARG.

A pp summised it well that it's a local small park, largely frequented by locals with their dogs/children.

For full detail, as well as open space, two sports pitches, the water feature (which is behind a lowish fence) and the playground, there is a small enclosed community allotment, and 2 small disused/derelict sports buildings/ex municipal buildings.

There's a path that runs around the green space (including between trees, but not deep undergrowth), and there are a total of three gates to surrounding roads.

I've never been after dark, and I'm not sure I'd want to.

Yep agree - would have gone down New Park Rd. Unless she fancied a McDonalds...

Based on the hidden stills I think the car I posted about it irrelevant now anyway.

It's worth noting ARG is very small, you can walk end to end (widest points) in under 5 mins. You could run it in a minute.
