Officers at Dunfermline are appealing for the assistance of the public in an effort to trace 36-year-old Sarah Jane Scullion, who was last seen in the Touch area around 11.30pm on Wednesday, 21 September.
She walks with the aid of a crutch.
Sergeant Kris Robertson said: “It is totally out of character for Sarah Jane not to stay in touch with her family and friends and we are becoming increasingly concerned for her safety and wellbeing. We are carrying out searches and enquiries in the local area to trace her as soon as possible to ensure that she is safe and well.
“I would urge anyone who has seen her, or who has any information regarding her whereabouts to contact us as soon as possible through 101 with reference number 0416 of 22 September.”
