Of course, he will say it was accidental, BTW I can say now that Graham was likely gay (if you saw what he followed on his social media) & without the right body part found, you can't & shouldn't say it's murder. That's justice. He is innocent until proven guilty & no proof means you go free on that. That goes for evidence for Lewis too. No body should always mean you can't prove it.
You need luck. Without Loch Lomond Graham would have been lost forever.
I'm sure they will try their very best to find Lewis the same way but there is simply a a lot less to go on. Especially cause it could very well be he never got to Glasgow but was taken in Strathaven (maybe went into somebody's car he shouldn't hav

oh he’s clearly guilty of something and they will prove it. they’ve got wilful fire raising on the van etc if they need to hold him but I’m pretty sure they know what they are doing it looks like it’s been very badly managed but they have had their hands tied with legal constraints on prejudiceing a trial so when comes to crunch they will be more than able I think there no unsolved homicides in Scotland in the last 20 years not that this classed as a homicide but that’s the level of detectives he is up against.
