Might take longer to create enough space, but certainly easier overall to bury in that way and less chance of detection

You have to bury a body 6 foot i dont think u would have to do as much at all! I suppose in a box aswell u have less chance of it being dug up by animals etc. Wonder if anyone could say apart from BL if one was missing

I doubt anyone else would know if a box were missing.

Also it could be a way to move a body from a bedroom and down stairs in a house ...and if seen, it would appear that the person was just moving some Nerf guns

He could have sedated her with her meds filled it with water drowned her in it emptied it down the sink then put her in it and buried her box and all.

IMO mum new for sure she took his brown missing shoes and cleaned them and backed him up over and over when asked questions. I highly doubt its normal for the bedding to be changed EVERY time ML stayed but she backed him up on that too! Wonder if mom took pics (like every mom i know) of the xmas tree that year with the spade under? Im guessing she said that was true aswell. Even if BL said mom, sarah has gone missing can u do this and do that and wash this and wash that and can u bk me up on this, you would KNOW it was dodgy and too go along with it is being part to it!

And lastly if it was ML who made the statement about sarah being moody and alienated then it just says it all for me

BBM l agree. I think the phrase used, 'face on it', the use of it potentially being derogatory, suggests an adult to me. Someone not particularly fond of Sarah.

Just wondering if the suitcase that was in the back of SWs car - the one with boys clothing inside - was actually one of BLs cases that he used to transport the Nerf Guns. That might give him a bit of a shock, when he saw it in the car - deja vu

If BL used some of the bins from the Nerf association, or whatever organizations he belonged to, I think they would definitely notice - these orgs are usually 'not-for-profit' and on tight budgets.. it may have needed to have board approval to even buy x quantity.. I think it is an interesting point, and I wonder if police even thought to ask the association if they had noticed anything missing, or noticed anything different about BL, etc. I still don't know how BL could've/would've gotten S down the stairs carrying a dead weight like that.. S didn't look like a tiny girl, I'm sure it must've been difficult for a smaller fellow (ie shorter?) to carry that (I think I have heard it said that no matter how large one is, it's really difficult to carry a dead weight!). jmo

I say this ^^ above because I attended a murder trial where I live, and the prosecutor and the defence lawyers would say their own narratives and assumptions, etc. .. the judge had to remind that these people are not testifying and their words are not evidence, and jurors are only to consider and evaluate the things said on the stand. The defence lawyer did not want to put his client, the accused, on the stand, so he was trying to submit his defence without having to make him testify. In so doing, there can be no cross examination, etc. It's very tricky sometimes, the games that are played. imo.

As much as i do agree that the barristers like to play a game. I struggle to think the PC didnt give that in her evidence. As pointed out we only have reported snippets. That seemed like a powerful exchange, counsel seemed confident in her assertions. I guess we will never know exactly what evidence was or wasnt heard or missing.

IF he DID show the PC those messages, hes lying, but we already know hes lying and we already know he likes disposing of phones.

Renting the local hall or sports hall , in one post BL asks for anyone coming to bring stuff to use as cover, as he was at the limit of what he could get in his car. Alsobseems to have controlled the fb site/admin etc.

Am not sure of the set up, but I think BL runs ( or did ! ) the club so it would not be surprising if he bought and owned at least some of the cases.
Easier to slide a case down the stairs rather than carry a body.

Since seeing Pravda's post of the car loaded up. I think that BL having used one of the cases is a distinct possibility.

Ideal to transport, nothing unusual if seen loading up ( even at night/early hours), Eliminates chances of forensic traces in car, easier to slip into a dug grave, esp if pre-dug with known dimensions of case).

I wonder if we can see enough of one to be able to trace the exact make/model.

If plastic or similar, it would prob have no metal locks or fastening clips? So no detection underground from metal detectors etc

I wasn't aware of BL's exact role or dealings with the nerf assoc. So yes, nobody would know there were any missing, and nobody to question about it, etc. Handy!

A corpse decomposing in a non-biodegradable plastic coffin may not form an adipocere but may liquefy into a semi-liquid state, possibly due to a lack of cation exchange between salts of fattyacids
