Yerh to be honest alot of us are! And lack of forensics makes everyone second guess. Has she done a runner! Taken photos of kids from the bedroom frames with her!
Anyone know of police took her laptop and other phones bl mentions! Or just her galaxy! That pinged of the phone mast on area

The amount of police searching the areas it went on for months and months ... @Lacey123 are you from NAG?? What confuses me is everyone knows what the next persons doing so I’m so surprised nothing was seen or heard that night?? Not sure your views on this ...

Yes thanks for that, l looked at the local authority website and saw that bins are for green waste only. As @Alyce said, its possible it was empty at that time of year. Assuming they had a bin for green waste.

we don’t even get bins for green waste we get given paper bags it’s ridiculous!!

I am indeed a nag'ger! Nothing is sacred around here unfortunately, very new to this area only a year and half in. and it's too quiet to even breathe without being heard

Also let's not forget they are probably required to have mortgage insurance, so in the event of the death of one of the mortgagees, the debt is paid off.

Can you even get a mortgage for a house that you won't be owning? I know you can get buy to let mortgages but that isn't this scenario. Also l wonder why Sarah didn't sell another property to pay him off?

Edit to say l think there's a reasonable chance he will get away with it. Not sure how the proceeds of crime legislation will affect it if he is found guilty though

I’m sure I read somewhere that the boys were securing a buy to let mortgage

No bins at all, not for garden waste or recycling. Just black liners for general. Clear for recyclable waste and paper bags, for garden waste. That's all.. Anything put out in bags other than specified isn't collected or touched. And you cant even over load them or they refuse to take them

So I've been thinking about all the circumstantial evidence ... maybe one or two of these alone shouldn't get a guilty verdict but all of these?

Who would benefit in several ways, from Sarah being 'lost' ? Ben

Who took 2 days to report her missing and only then at the insistence of others? Ben?

Who had easy access to Sarah the night she was last known to be alive and well? Ben

Who had access to turn off the CCTV? Ben

Who had checked out the view of 22 Bazes Shaw from neighbours CCTV? Ben

Who drove his car past 8 free spaces to a car park further from his door but with no CCTV coverage? Ben

Who had access to a grave digger shovel allegedly bought as a Christmas gift for his mature disabled mother but not to be kept at her house? Ben

Who admitted that he STILL kept a file of nasty messages he'd compiled to Sarah months/years before but then tells us they're a 'great team' and BFF's? Ben

Who's phones were active during a time when the owner was according to them 'asleep'? Ben

Who, according to a reliable witness, was NOT at home when he claims he was 'in bed asleep'? Ben

Who was desperate to hide phones and deleted data from Police? Ben

Who had his car super cleaned the day following Sarah's disappearance? Ben?

Who was more Interested in filing court papers than looking for his children's mother? Ben

Who 'lost' his shoes for 4 days? Ben

Who was desperate enough to run after the police, demanding their phones back and then smashed them and chucked them in the Thames? Ben

Who didn't try to find Sarah at any point? Ben

Who didn't react at all, not a single word, when being arrested/charged with the murder of Sarah? Ben

Who now claims that he REALLY wanted to help police but was advised to 'no comment' by his solicitor? Ben

Who could've had access to Ben's shed to put a wet PJ top on a shelf that wasn't there when police initially searched? Ben or maybe Bens Mummy

Put aside the devils advocate in you and tell me honestly, is the car seen 8 or more times on cctv during the middle of the night that Sarah disappeared, when Ben was allegedly asleep, Ben's taxi?

Do I believe that Sarah was suicidal? No

Do I believe that Sarah would knowingly put her children, parents and friends through this Hell? No

Have I missed anything?

If she owned various properties, why didn't she just sell one and by bl out. Another puzzling thing is, if she lived with NJ with the kids, as he's stated In court Why move back with your ex#3 husband?

His mum lives in a flat! No garden! The house has bushes planted and potted ones. Has since I lived in the same road.
The police said the top was there but didn't take it on the first search.. Why not? So much hear say in our small village its, hard to work out what's true or isn't but word is, BL had full custordy or the kids. And Sw saw, them weekends due to living and working in Portsmouth with NJ until they split and she came back to the family home

The new job SW got wasn’t that in Portsmouth? I remember when the searches began it wasn’t until a week into it we started seeing police tape and dogs/ drones initially the police was advising she may have walked out and lay injured somewhere that’s when the search party started in our area the police had the search party searching irrelevant and pointless places nowhere near any of the CCTV images that had captured BL car? Can anyone confirm is Monday the last day of court?

BBM - There's just summing up and Judges direction to go so ... I'd guess by Tuesday at the latest, Jury will retire to deliberate.

Hello and welcome ... I take it you're a local/neighbour?

Do you have a link to where this info is stated please?

What are the thoughts locally?

There's so much hear say and speculation it's hard to judge everyone's thoughts! Although I will say, parking is a nightmare and car parking areas fill up rapidly so parking away from a house isn't unusual. Very limited parking spaces and nobody has a certain numbered spot. Many a times I've had to juggle the twins and bags of shopping!

It's like that where I live too BUT from cctv on the 9th, there were 8 empty spaces that Ben could have parked in but, instead he parked further away from his door.
By choice not necessity.

Where is, this cctv. I haven't seen any, I'll try and post the photo of the parking Area. It's not a car park as such, I think it's actually ment to be a turn around so no spaces are marked out

He gave the reason for parking in car park 2 just after 5pm on October 9 where CCTV cameras would not detect him as: "I probably drove into car park 1, saw that it was busy, saw that there was a space next to the house knowing Sarah would be coming home later and drove out to park in car park 2 to leave a space for Sarah."

Ms Morgan, prosecuting, counted eight spaces in CCTV footage of car park 1 in the moments before he returned home.

Everything Ben Lacomba said in 3 days of evidence on missing Sarah Wellgreen

Forgot to add, I think there’s a good chance of him walking away from the murder charge and it has to be beyond all reasonable doubt too and I’m still doubtful based on the evidence, yet aside from that, I think I know how he’s done it, why and how he got rid of her.

I am not sure if he walks from murder whether manslaughter can come into it.

There’s also the very fine and acute possibility that she disappeared on her own accord but I find that far fetched considering Bens car is out and about during the night.
How then?

IF, she'd 'done a runner' - how? How has she gone anywhere with no money, no mobiles, no clothes, no car, no passport and not a single sighting either confirmed or on cctv?

Do you really think she'd run off and leave her kids, to check up on them on social media and see Lewis's heart breaking and she'd just shrug it off?

It seems to me that the whole idea of moving back to Bazes Shaw was to ensure the buyout. SW could make ensure any documents that needed signing were signed. Her apparent indifference to her new job could have been to avoid detection of her now being able to buy BL out. Not wanting to alert ML to her imminent plan. (If ML is the one who described her as "alienated"). Throwing shade on her own relationship with NJ also could be an attempt to mislead.... Hence his concern that she had told BL and knew she could be in trouble?

It is possible she walked out snd took her own life somewhere. There was a case of a man who went missing in Kent, his body was found two years later and it wasn't even remote.

I'm not saying l believe it, but it can't be discounted.

Do you have a name? Be interesting to compare the 2 ... was the man suicidal or had cause to be? Was he seen by anyone leaving or captured on any CCTV?
