Plymouth shop owner has been reported missing
Police are becoming increasingly concerned about a sweet-shop stall-holder who went out for a cigarette and has not been seen since.
Sean Ryan, aged 51, was last seen working at his popular stall – ‘Retros’ – in the Pannier Market at 10.30am on July 19.
He claimed he was going out for a cigarette but failed to return and has not been seen or heard from since.
