Sergeant Matt Tate said: “We are carrying out a large number of enquiries to find Sharna and now need the public’s help to trace her.

“We believe she is heavily pregnant but there is a chance she may have given birth, which naturally heightens our concerns regarding her welfare. At this stage it appears she has not approached local hospitals for medical help.

“Any information about her whereabouts or pregnancy could be vital for not just her health but that of her baby too...."

Police say a missing Guildford woman, believed to be heavily pregnant, has been found safe and well.
