We are appealing for help to find a woman reported missing from #Strood

Stella Toner, 55, was last spoken to at around 1.15pm on Monday 14 August 2023.

She is described as white, slim with blonde hair and approximately five feet three inches.

It is not known what Stella was wearing at the time of her disappearance.

Stella may have travelled to #Rochester and officers are investigating a potential sighting of her at around 5.15pm on the same day in the area of The Esplanade.

Anyone with information is asked to call Kent Police on 999 quoting reference 15-0378.

What a worry Stella is still missing. Stella is the same age as me and I have been thinking of her all week doing my work and day to day activities wondering where and how she is. Her son and daughter are posting desperately on facebook. I haven't seen Stella mentioned in the National Newspapers yet I do hope she gets some more exposure here in the UK and there is good news soon for her family.

Search parties are taking place tonight after a mum went missing three days ago.

Stella Toner, from Strood, was last spoken to at around 1.15pm on Monday (August 14).

The 55-year-old is described as white, slim with blonde hair and approximately 5ft 3ins.

A missing person poster, which is being shared online, says she was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit.

Police say Stella may have travelled to Rochester and there was a potential sighting of her at around 5.15pm on the same day in the area of The Esplanade.

Searches are taking place in two towns after an “extremely vulnerable” mum went missing three days ago.

Sad news reported by her daughter on Missing People UK that she was found Friday evening in the River Medway. Tragic. Poor woman and so awful for the family. Police appeal still live, but comments confirm news.

Yes a really sad update, our thoughts go out to Stella’s family.
On Friday 18 August 2023 Kent Police recovered the body of a woman from the water in the River Medway. While formal identification has yet to take place, the family of a 55-year-old woman reported missing from Strood on Monday 14 August 2023 has been informed.
