Summer, 21 months old was found dying of a head injury in her cot by her maternal grandmother, 50 minutes after taking over her care from her mothers boyfriend. Her mother had left for work two and half to three hours previously:

All three were arrested but prosecutors can't decide who was responsible, although the coroner stated that the injury occurred between the time the mother says she last checked on her before leaving for work and the grandmother arriving at the house:

This article states that the coroner has made it clear that he thinks the mother is to blame Mum who 'caused' child's death faces jail for breaching Facebook ban

It's a shame that she hasn't been charged imo.
