All your questions, well most of them are answered in previous posts. With regards to tagging, Terry was following his curfew and never removed the tag, hence my question what happened to tag and tracking of it?

His curfew was from 7am-7pm Friday-Sunday for a drink related offence. Therefore he had drink after work on Thursday, day before start of his usual weekend curfew. Thursday night (to Friday morning) is when he disappeared.

I personally think there are much more information available in this case that any other UK cases. Police just need to put all puzzles together and of course to find him for his family and children sake.
Just joined the thread, so will read back on posts! <modsnip, rumor>

''The electronic tag he was wearing for a recent minor offence last placed him at an address in Outwell Road, Elm, where he was staying with a friend, later the same morning at 8.43am.

He has not been seen or heard from since.

Initially he was treated as a missing person, but inquiries led officers to raise the case to murder.

His body has never been found but in 2012 a man was charged. The case was dismissed by the judge who stated there was insufficient evidence to proceed to trial.''

Terry McSpadden

“The cordon is still in place on Lynn Road and will remain for some time.”

Helen Thrower, Mr McSpadden’s mother, confirmed that police had contacted the family about the find.

She said: “It’s too early to say whether it’s Terry or not.

“Me and other people whose family members are missing, we’re hoping for some peace. Until we get some identification, we can’t know.”

Detectives say human remains found in a field are not those of a missing man who disappeared 18 years ago.

The bones were found by a member of the public in May close to where father-of-two Terry McSpadden was last seen in 2007.

Police had contacted the then-24-year-old's family to tell them about the discovery on Sunday 18 May at Lynn Road, Walton Highway, in Wisbech, on the Norfolk-Cambridgeshire border.

But following forensic examination and analysis, detectives said they had identified the remains - and confirmed they were not those of Mr McSpadden or 54-year-old Maris Ile, who was reported missing in 2024.
